Just curious, but which of these would give you the best odds against most attacks:

Evade chance
Parry chance
Block chance

Also, which stacks the most with equip boosts?

evade is for physical and magical attacks.

parry is for physical attacks only but if using 1H, you will have a chance of proc-ing counter attack with every successful parry.

block is for physical and magical attacks and if using 1H, you will have a chance of proc-ing counter attack with every successful block.

and they all "stack" the same.

Question regarding SoL, I understand it won't go off if your spirit is to low. This morning however when I did a RE I cast SoL on my first turn the monsters then popped it imediately so I cast Cure then the monsters killed me. I thought the debuff it left on you protected you till it expired. Am I missing something?

I can't even do an IW on normal because it takes so much mana to kill the big groups because my spells don't hit everything. This makes it take very long, meaning buffs will cost more and more overall and each round takes very long too. Any advice from people who can do IWs as a mage and aren't able to hit all the monsters with their spells?

Well I used to mage and I suggest switching to melee heh.

Are you using ether theft at every single opportunity? It makes a massive difference especially since the buff to the stacks and the 'if you kill the target you automatically get it' buff. If you need extra mana, you can also use focus to regenerate a little bit. You shouldn't have an issue on low difficulties about the damage taken so streamline your buffs to the bare minimum (haste and regen should work for 50 rounds, then add in protection or shadow veil.

Does any know...roughly...what the new upgrade percentages are for forging? I don't do much forging at all so can't figure this out myself. It would be great to know the boost to a non-damage stat would be for 5, 10, 20, 50 upgrades would be...or alternatively, the number of upgrades to achieve 10%,20%, 30% boosts...
