I would put a price tag of 40 or 50k on it and try selling it in a shop. Salvaging is too much risk for a mg. And you could get more selling it to a player than selling it to the bazaar.

I honestly think you're just speaking out of your ass. I already shrined 300ish trophies before my noodles and still get a legendary so I can say first hand that you're incorrect. Its just confirmation bias again. According to the wiki you level has nothing to do with what you get from the shrine. And you should consider yourself lucky to get legendary stuff since the generation chance is only like 4%. Rng just decided to screw you over. Nothing else to it. You're welcome to do the experiment though and prove me wrong.

Quick question to anyone. At my level what would hath be better used for? Getting hath perks or using it to buy better items/train?

I already have IA1 and have enough to get IA2 and Crystarium I. Both might be helpful in the long run however IA1 didn't help me that much (although convenient) and Crystarium I is meh since I can only do 300 normal rounds before dying.

Then again, I could use it to up my training but most of them are already at a respectable level. My LotD is at 15 which seems good enough for me.

I could use an upgrade on my items but I don't think it'll do too much for me tbh. Doing all my arenas on Hell doesn't seem too terrible and still nets me 150k+ per day, more if I get lucky with my drops (never).

I would save for hath perks (IA first, then crystals), and along the way, pick up some nice equipment when the price is right. I think you should be upgrading equipment once in a while to stay ahead of the curve. IA is really boss stuff, so that is 1st priority.

Gossamer can be used, especially by people with low base prof, but most people with low base prof aren't going to sink loads of credits into the gear until they've gotten the prof up. 1 piece of really, really badass Gossamer can be optimal (usually feet or gloves), but generally good Phase will win out. Even with my still low Dark Prof, my Average Shoes beat out the Exquisite Demon-Fiend drop I got a while ago (it is kind of a troll Exquisite though).

Mag/Leg Demon-Fiend should be salable, if the rolls aren't troll (and I do mean Sup Max Prof as an absolute minimum, above Exq Max to see any real money).

Just Forge Level. If you so desired, you could plow 100 Bindings of Slaughter into a Crude Dagger. You cannot forge any stat gained from IW potencies though.

Magic Accuracy is right below maximum, PMI is also right below maximum (by a whole stinking .01) its magical mitigation is average, but its evade chance is somewhat low. It does have a decent prof bonus, but it does have 4 PABS, all of which are decent.

Not quite troll, IMO. You're not going to get nearly 150k for that. Maybe 50k. Tops. It's a textbook case of "How the hell is that a Mag? Right, PMI/MMI/MA." When I said badass Gossamer, I meant badass Gossamer. Those will give damage similar to my AVERAGE Fenrir Shoes.

MA- we care, but not really. With a full set of Exq+, it ends up decently high no matter what, as it is overvalued by the quality formula. I have 163% Accuracy on my Nif set, and paid exactly 0 attention to MA.

Evade - we sort of care, and it's bad for Gossamer, abysmal compared to the Phase it's competing with.
Wind Mitigation - umm. . . woot?
Forbidden Prof - Low. Not even Sup Max.
