What would be the best way to level supportive now? Also does curative disappearance mean we now heal for less (because I assume, at least for me this holds true, that usually supportive proficiency is lower)?
Also how is the damage between single target vs aoe spells on the main target? Do they deal the same damage?

Casting cure spells now raise supportive, though tbh my supportive was way higher than my curative AOE does more damage on the main target I think (because people always cast banish instead of smite on FSM) This post has been edited by fishinsea: Jan 20 2013, 18:34

You have to get Forbidden proficiency to 200+ to see how it work because the real damage gets double from 0 prof to 200 prof.

Not completely useless, just mostly useless. Seeing as auras don't provide mitigations any more, melees will have to tough it out with armour, each targeting a specific element.
Or, you know, not bother and just cast Silence. Or sink a large sum into Ability Boost and get all the mitigations that way.

After the huge PMI-nerf and aura-nerf and interference-nerf its already difficult to find enough mana for casting nerfed regen. As a 2H mace user, yeah. Domino hits a max of 7 targets, down from 9. Rending blow only applies one stack of penetrating armor. It will still hit every monster thankfully. Random IWBTH encounters got a little more difficult, as I now need to cast weaken on all monsters instead of just going with X-Nerf and wailing away. It's still manageable, but you need to watch your health a little more closely until you feel comfortable with how battles flow.

What's with the new changes in the HentaiVerse?
The Grindfest now has only gives crystals and exp.
Oh and for some reason I can't upgrade my karma beyond 29

with the new bleed mechanics, does this make max bleed > higher wdb scythes? On IWBTH i guess, since stuff will die well before you proc that many times on lower difficulties. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) also just for information's sake, spirit stance is pretty much the same as before in regards to bleed. I wondered if it would reset your bleed chains or not. If you activate/deactivate Spirit stance, next proc continues chain at your present damage. So if you chain 3 bleeds (no spirit), SS, proc, you'll have double 4x damage. Unfortunately if you deactivate spirit stance while at double 5x, next proc will make your proc go back to normal 5x damage. This post has been edited by etothex: Jan 20 2013, 21:28

Is it now better to leave your weapon at level 9 and just use dark/holy infusions instead of chancing the 10th level and hope for those strikes? Now ethereal melee weapons level 10 potency is almost as troll as staffs. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

It seems to me like stuff should eventually level out as supply goes down and price goes up. But at least a holy or dark elemental strike is still worth the last potency (if you can get it). Plus, you can't get this strike from infusions.

Sooner or later people will run out of infusions, holy/dark are already at ~300 each, as for soul, not sure what'll happen to it.
