I finally encounter these monsters with spirit (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif).
Do they give more exp than the monster without spirit?
Because I suddenly made a new personal exp record in a single battle, around 400.000(ca.1.300.000) more than the last one.

Was it just by chance or do they really give much more exp?

Yes. Due new patch you're encountering monsters with PL of 531, while spirit monsters have usually over 400 PL.

1% more EXP per PL. So a 100 PL monster will give double the amount of EXP of 0 PL monster.

Edit: Never mind, reading deeper into the patch notes I realize it's the player-to-monster scaling change.

Edit 2: Wow, arena now mind-numbingly easy. I bet I can IW on easy at pseudo-lement level now.

Everything is easier for level 200+ now. I can run 50 rounds IWBTH using 5 Godly MP potion, only half the amount i used to use. Grinding, IW and farming are much easier now. I also got a Legendary Phase Robe right after the update. Good time.

Yes, although leveling is a little slower per stamina since you lose a lot of xp from the lack of very high PL monsters. I guess for someone like me who only had 50 levels in adept learner I could make it up that way, if I was so inclined. I'd probably spam scavenger before that though.

Now keep hush-hush about this, that means dont flail around how easy IWBTH Arena has been; if you like current "monster level nerf", then dont give Tenb an idea what to nerf.

After been a masochist to the Big 5 for so long, suddenly I am now a sadist to those 700PL monsters...

The maximum PL you'll see is now related to your level.

Below 100: level
100 and above: level^1.27 - 247

Th max PL you'll see at lv. 216 should be 675.

Since patch 0.72 the changes made to godly potion just isn't cutting it for me anymore.

I've had to scale back way too much on the difficulty level to even consider it worth it and I don't have enough mana to constantly be using Cure I & II in any Arena levels beyond the first 3.

Regen was mentioned in the HV patch discussion, but I was never really keen on getting it since I was never sure what the effect was.

Plug in your Base Health and Curative prof, you really shouldnt be relying on Cure if you keep up Regen II, especially not Cure II

Derp, I just tried to do (with the intention of completing) the first schoolgirl arena on nintendo using 2h. Because I didn't realize it was a schoolgirl arena. I should probably go look for a non-miserable ethereal club of slaughter and dust off that shade armor. Should be possible post-patch XD
