How hard is IWBTH FSM again? My DW weapons and prof are terribad but I figure if I just stick SoL on IA and keep him weakened and silenced I should be able to pull through somehow.
I have ~64% PMI and 48% parry, 3k damage with bleed and PA.
You can do it, Frenzy just makes it faster. I did it back at 150 when I got Regen II for the first time (using Fimbulvetr).
The three things that matter for IWBTH FSM are honestly the Deprecating to keep the debuffs up through Curse Weaving (harder for DW since you don't have bonus prof from a Staff), and the damage and the sheer MP/SP pool to outlast his millions of HP (if you never miss a Weaken/Silence you'll only need MP). Pack Rat 5 for 13 pots and then a pile of Divinity infusions for damage output if you need it (even if you don't, it makes the fight go faster so do it anyway), with 12/1 Godly MP/SP pots in reserve.
He doesn't have any of the fancy-shmancy resist and evade bullshit that the Big 5 do, he's just a giant pile of HP and insane stats. With Weaken and Silence up, he's just a really fast pile of HP.

Scythe is for Normal. I'm pretty sure it's the usual Estoc for BT, the idea with the Scythe being to consistently one-shot so you can live through rounds where you're taking +2000% damage and stay at max crystals/round longer.
Of the three, use the Ethereal one for now. Once you've IW'd the other two, they have plenty of potential and better Element Strikes, but Void + Elec > Slashing + Holy/Soul when you're after consistent one-shots.
