So, if equipment gives user 3 scraps, he can get either 1, or 2, or 3 Energy Cells with equal chance (33%) to get any amount?
And nothing can modify that chance (no higher chances to get more Energy Cells after salvaging high-quality equipment)?

You are wondering what these two terms mean?
SDA - Strength Dexterity Agility
SDE - Strength Dexterity Endurance

Mostly, they are acronyms for shield's PABs.

I don't think anything can improve that chance, no. I haven't salvaged a lot of higher-end stuff, but I've never gotten more than three cells. If there is a difference in weighting between the expected 33% chance of 1, 2, or 3 cells, it seems too small to notice anecdotally. You'd likely have to record a ton of data points and see if there is a trend.

I've gotten well into 5 and 6 Energy Cells multiple times. Granted, the reason you might not notice it is if you're salvaging Exquisites and Superiors because most people won't salvage Mag+ Shade and Powers (usually they're worth a lot more to bazaar than to salvage), leaving you just with the worthless Mag+ Phase and Force for data points.

most of the time, the max stats in the wiki are accurate. The min stats are always a work-in-progress. If it is reported in the HV wiki thread, and if a certain someone has time, this equip will be the new L-min.

The script is set up to read the leg range.
Your piece has an ADB in the upper Mag range.

Innate arcana hath perk. Automatic keeps up certain supportive spells for ever, while mana cost is calculated per round.

To specify, spells that are cast by Innate Arcana actually drain mana every turn, not round. It's just that most high-level players have so much mana regen that it's not an issue for them.

At your level, you should already be starting to think about acquiring the Innate Arcana I for the Spark of Life.
It's not excessively expensive, you should already have gathered enough hath just from shrining artifacts.
