A lot of users make these kinds of posts (I may have made one in the past, I don't remember) because that is the way most forums are. Even if you read the forum rules you will not understand where your posts should go. I suggest that Scremaz possibly reword some of his rules there. It is written well already, but it needs to further emphasize the difference between this forum and most other forums. Most other forums do not have run-on threads like Ask the Experts. And even if there is such a thread, talking in there will get poor or no responses, which is not the case here.

Is it possible for mage player to play without using potions/elixir and only using Draught. If yes then at what level, magic regen per tick will be more then enough to play.? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) This post has been edited by ALL_MIGHT: Oct 27 2017, 08:25

Should I wait 'til I have enough for a Gold Star, or should I just buy a Bronze in a month or so? Is it difficult to buy Gold from Bronze? Better investments for gold-making, aside from flipping?
Edit: Oh, and is there anyone who sells Bronze for a decent price? I.e. 20% of GS?

Bronze is a good first step. It just adds up, so when you first get bronze or silver, you just have to donate the difference to get Gold. Just look in the WTS for sellers, you can PM a GS-seller to discuss price of Bronze. Or make a WTB.

Doesn't seem like anyone is selling apart from BJ. 10M is a bit steep, but I'd pay it if he's willing to sell. Might get in contact when I sell Blender.

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) In low difficulty yes.It only cost me less than 10 consumbles (except draught) to clear hell grindfest. Arena cost less, but it also cost me 60-70 mana potions(without any other consumbles except draught) to clear full arena(include SG) at pfudor. Buy a Bronze is better but it's hard to find someone who sell. Crystal perks pays back quicker if you play much(about a month to earn additional 7750 hath worth crystals for about 5k rounds a day). This post has been edited by issary: Oct 27 2017, 10:55

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) with noni we were speaking about including some of the guides that were floating around in the first page of some other ongoing threads like some sort of FAQs, but i don't know how many people will read them... seriously, i'm not even sure people read rules, letting apart topic introductions... QUOTE(cxxts @ Oct 27 2017, 03:19) Started playing the game and wanted to know if there is a preferred staff type like oak or redwood with destruction attached maybe?
which element? if you don't tell us that, it's quite hard to answer you... either way, try reading here: https://ehwiki.org/wiki/HentaiVerse_Advice_...ced#Mage_Weaponhttps://ehwiki.org/wiki/Equipment#Staffshttps://ehwiki.org/wiki/Equipment_Suffixes#Staffsideally, you want your staff to boost your EDB, MDB and prof. all at once, as much as the particular combo of prefix/suffix allows you. for a starter with a tight budget (and a low level) you can go for a sub-optimal choice, but in the end you may need high-grade items.

I read the rules before, but I did not fully understand until I experienced things over a few months.
Just some rough suggestions on how to rewrite:
1. remove? (I don't even know what a cut and paste spam thread is) 2. Any questions regarding gameplay, game mechanics, or asking for advice, are best made in Ask the Experts. Though it is a huge run-on thread, it is very popular and read by most players, and you will get the best responses there. 3. If you want to discuss about developing (add-on) tools that may be useful for gameplay, try Script Thread. If you simply want to chat, try one of the permanently-open chat threads, like Ponyverse Chat or Last thing accomplished 4. Threads' purposes are usually written in title or in the first page. Check them if you want to be sure where to post (Move to 1.)? Section is quite clustered, so please try not to open new threads, unless the subject doesn't fall in any of the previous categories. Threads that don't fulfill this requirement may be merged, deleted or moved (at mod's discretion) without warning 5. Absolutely no flame. This community is friendly and it would be really nice if it remained this way. If you have private matters with someone, you're encouraged to solve them through PMs. Friendly jokes can stay, of course 6. Mods (of whatever sort) are volunteers who are lending their free time to help the site to improve and the community to solve their problems if possible. They don't do what they do because they like to show off their power or any other idiocy of such sort. If you think that way, you're bad and should feel ashamed 7. In case they are wrong, you're more than welcome to politely point out their mistakes. (And please understand that in some cases mods may not be able to tell you all they know.) *important but could perhaps be rewritten somehow, people may not get what it means* 8. could possibly be moved to the script threads, if they aren't already

A very dark part of the past. People had just copy paste their Dawn and did post it, just so they didnt loose their exp forum post bonus.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll use them to rewrite a bit, together with Scremaz. The script rules (rule number 8) will stay, because it is very important. We need to do as much as possible to prevent players getting banned for botting.

speaking of which, i recently discussed about that with another player. to implehement this would eventually require for every user to discuss about technical things only in ask the experts. which is good, but would require a certain effort from the community. QUOTE 7. In case they are wrong, you're more than welcome to politely point out their mistakes. (And please understand that in some cases mods may not be able to tell you all they know.) *important but could perhaps be rewritten somehow, people may not get what it means*
it's not necessary they will understand it immediately imo. but i think it's pretty obvious the amount of infos we can give out varies from full explanations to hints to complete censoring on a case-by-case base. and depending on the situation, even PMs and post trimming may follow. QUOTE 8. could possibly be moved to the script threads, if they aren't already
we could eventually move the full rules to script thread and merely say "8. script thread has specific rules, read them or no room for whines". we'll see. QUOTE(DJNoni @ Oct 27 2017, 11:57) Thanks for the suggestions, I'll use them to rewrite a bit, together with Scremaz.
aye. we were planning to do it anyways, so why not? QUOTE The script rules (rule number 8) will stay, because it is very important. We need to do as much as possible to prevent players getting banned for botting.

Elemental mage with redwood for 3 reasons: 1) Druids use magic abilities, so melee class are automatically out 2) Druid inflict elemental damage, so holy and dark are also out 3) Duids are usually strong in healing/supporting, so willow based elemental damage is also out What remains is elemental redwood mage. For gear and abilities I would just go standard mage, I don't think there are many druid-specific choices possible.

Nah. With this line of reasoning, a druid will use Earth-Walker stuffs. Not really fit for combat.
