Well, all the important stats, at least for phases, are there so it doesn't really matter.
anyway, frugal pants are pretty good, excellent rolls where it matters.
Depends on the price of the charged pants (and considering they are already 5M the final price will probably be steep).
You may want to start from fully forging EDB on everything and leave new equipments later.

Gosh, I got some problems w/ my iron browser playing HV.

It worked super well at first, w/ 3.5t/s on the http site. Since yesterday, the speed slowed down dramatically. It now varies between 0.9 ~ 2 t/s. How could I fix the problem?

Self-solved as I found out there are some errors (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) when I was configuring the router.

So I was debating buying some other hath perk, but realized that I should probably invest in a pretty solid weapon instead. How much would I be looking at for a decent rapier for 1H? By decent I mean one that I could use for a couple months and maybe not even feel bad about putting some bindings into upgrading it. Also, is slaughter the undisputed king for the suffix? Ditto for the price range on a shield I wouldn't feel bad about upgrading.

Get a real shield and soulfuse it ASAP.
You can find a good weapon later.
Even a so-so leg force shield should pretty much let you play 1 level of difficulty higher.

I unlocked every arena up except DwD. Experience wise, when I have the rested bonus stamina, what is the best arena I can do taking only EXP into consideration?And about drops? Higher level high difficulty arenas or lower level grindfest?

Long-long time ago I have done a calculation to find what is best arena expereince/drop/stamina wise and have found the most experience player can get from following arenas:

Eve of Death - 1.82
To Kill A God - 1.74
The Trio and the Tree - 1.61
New Wings - 1.48
Sealed Power - 1.42

However, I don't remember neither method, nor formulas how I calculated this xD

At your level? 50k or so. Maybe even less. It's all about block.

Deamon Duality 2 is far better than repair bear. What does repairing cost? 1000c per week? Not a good investment.

It has been a while since I played HV. I noticed we got a new update and the old scripts don't work anymore. Are there still scripts like Reloader, CracklingCast and Equipment Comparison?

In my opinion, could be 500k. You guys did not carefully consider the low level of the shield and the high stats. Every stat of that shield is maxed out, in the solid legendary range. Block and interference are legendary.

A legendary shield with almost identical stats sold at auction a few weeks ago for 600k. (Admittedly, I would not pay 600k for it myself or anywhere close).

That is something i never really have understand. Why should a low level make it be more woth? I dont benefit from the level so i dont care and wouldnt pay a single credit more just because of it.

All_Might sold it to me and didn't put a COD on it. I paid him 60k credits because of the first post talking about 50~70k range. Should I pay him more for it to be fair?

Because there are very less equipment for low level.
for eg.

i waited months for equipments at my level in auctions then finally i had to buy:-

i paid 1.05m Credits for my shield. and mine is Str End Agi which is not good.
,just because i was not able to find any shield in my level range .
most of the shield were of 400+ level.(when i was buying)
that too level 379(it also needed to be soulbounded)

this is also the reason why i had to paid 300k credits just for a shielding equipment.
that too level 380(it also needed to soulbounded)

but there are too many equipments at 400+ level.
that is why now i am training Adept Learner to reach 400 + level asap.

May be this is the reason.

I just want to raise the issue of less availability at low level. so that it can be discussed and resolved.
Is there a solution of this?or why is it So?
I raising this issue because there are many equipment that i want to buy
eg power/slaughter equipment at my level . but there is less supply.
Till now I even had to spent millions on soul fragments(i know they are easy to attain but still at low level , every equip i find i had to soulfuse to be used)

So Please ,i am requesting grand-masters to think of a solution for less availability of low level equipment.

Low level makes no difference to a high level buyer, but it makes a huge difference to other low level buyers. Level 500 items are useless to many players and some weapons that are godlike to a level 200 player are bazaared or given away for free. When I joined this forum, there were 2 Legendary Demonic Rapiers of Slaughter for sale. A little stronger crap one at level 500, and my crap one at level 200. Both were offered 1 million starting bid. As a result of this, observers threw tomatos at the level 500 rapier scam and told the rapier it is a piece of garbage. In the end, that rapier went to FreeShop and was given away for free to somebody who could not equip it (200 levels below). Meanwhile, people told me (newbie with 2 posts) not to sell or give away my rapier, that 1 million is a scam. Sure enough I got a lot of messages from people to offer me all the money they had...

I still don't know what to do with my level 200 rapier so I hope to try and get a higher level one soon (crap is okay).

The level matters a lot, but the low-level market is very unstable and unpredictable. Everyone is poor and can't afford to pay for anything good.

I did more research and although you can pay/sell whatever you want, I believe market value for that shield is 400k solidly. I found a lot of similar shields at auction selling in that range. Of course, if a buyer does not check that the Magnificent Shield has legendary stats, he will pay only 50k.

Judging by the block stat, you can probably get 150-200k out of it, but not more due to the rest being very "meh".

You may soulfuse a better one if you continue playing 1H style,or use your old one struggle several levels you can switch to mag.

I would suggest, dont ask us, ask Might what he think about this. Somehow i doubt he just did forgot to set a CoD and i believe that it was on purpose.
