That club is trash for 3 reason:

1) Stats are not good enough, so is not worht it's price in the shop

2) IW is bad, to remove it you need at least 5 Amnesia Shard so you have to add 50K+ at the beginning price.

3) Being too high in level is useless, by the time you can use it you will get much better item around.

But don't be sad, 12K are nothing, you have not bought a full Legendary Leather Set then a full Legendary Shade Set, near all pieces with bad IW, for over a million... i have. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/faint.gif)

Actually, you've missed the main reason: Club of Balance.
That alone makes it insta-trash. Even if it were Peerless, it wouldn't be worth much.
