Since my stats have (pointlessly) been used in a comparison, thought I'd update them. Difference from last post is mostly just that I've forged 5 my armour now (due to the kind advise of the Unofficial HentaiVerse Discord members). T/S may have suffered a bit due to me being lazy and not playing daily much recently.

Last friday I had o4, fat4, but1 on my rapier, now I have but5, fat4 on it, my damage went from 11907 to 12025. Also I used more frenzied blows on the first 37 rounds

Being an offhand rapier of balance though, I doubt B5F4 is much better than B1F4O4. Even if we assume Overpower is worthless, which is far from true, your damage only increased by 1%. The 10% performance improvement must come from elsewhere.

The Frenzy Blows on early rounds might have been most of it, I guess. I suppose Frenzy Blows would not be wasteful because you would not have to toggle Spirit Stance with there being only 3 enemies per round, right?

I also find it strange that occasionally melee players can do very well on Sunday/Monday. It's happened to me before, too. Sure the element bonus is nice but it still should not be as good as Void Day?

I tried using Infusions and the improvement was less than expected, almost negligable.

Level 380, Friday

3,999 turns 0:26:41 (2.498 t/s)

Beat my previous record by a minute. Still managing to keep up with level scaling with only swimsuit and weapons being soulfused thus far.

Level 385, Friday

3,866 turns 0:26:23 (2.442 t/s)

I almost never use infusions but I tried them today since it's both void day and easter. I'm surprised that I continue to keep up with level scaling. I'm not slower than I was back at level 360, with or without infusions.

My results from Lightning Saturday

2,611 turns 0:16:23 (2.656 t/s)

Partially forged, DD2, using infusions

My best turn result was 2,553 about a year ago, but monster stats scaling to my level outpaced my forging.

Yes you do are slower. I see more than 100 extra turns needed to clear the arena.

Isn't the relevant above comparison 3,879 turns at level 363 (with holy infusion) and 3,866 turns at level 385 (with holy infusion)?

Without infusions, I have 3,989 turns at level 360 compared with 3,953 turns at level 380 and 3,999 turns at level 382.

There is quite a bit of variance though in a few other runs. I'm not hiding any because I rarely do school girl arenas (I reported over half of all attempts). However I did have a few others that were over 100 turns slower earlier. So overall you're probably right, and I'm making up for the difference by perhaps playing slightly more efficiently.
