Also, your rapier is fine. Or, at least, it is not that big of a factor to reduce your turn count by THAT much.
We have basically around the same attack base dmg (with my newish 1h set), you have significantly higher defenses and a RIDICULOUSLY higher crit than me.

And my imperil run is 3,914 turns.

Yeah, try a run without SV/Haste
And with heartseeker (if you weren't using it, I wasn't sure if you didn't copy it on purpose or by accident).
And I think you'll have no probs keeping up spirit stance as well.

And while the rapier is fully forged, I also did runs with a minimum forge magnificent rapier (25 on parry, 5 on others) with regular imperil/vital strike at 4,992 turns. And that's with much worse armor too (only 2 pieces minimally forged)

man I just chcked your equip and holy shit. There's no way you need haste and veil with your forges. I have 8k attack, armor forged 5-15 and I can go at ~2.9 t/s without using spark, but I always end up at 4.5-4.7k turns.
You can drop imperil, but that will cost you several minutes of clear time. From my experience with rapier you don't need to imperil SG, because you can just hit them when waiting for stun for vital, but that requires attention too. If you don't imperil or vital, you'll just have to live with 35-40 min clear time.
