If using a proxy (or VPN) works, your account definitely isn't banned. Only possibilities that come to mind here are an IP pool issue or ISP traffic monitoring.

Sounds like something's up with either or both, though you did mention you tried several networks. (Sorry, that doesn't help much, but yes, I fear you'll have to stick with that for the time being unless Tenboro - the administrator - can figure out what's wrong.)

Thank you very much. I'll reach out to Tenboro to see if there's anything they can do. I did use several networks, but they're all from the same service provider (Comcast) so I dunno if that means anything. What's strangest is that if I login when I'm using a proxy, I get a weird 404 error. So even with a proxy I have to visit the site as a guest.
