equip rental shop. Get a weapon with more damage. Get a shield with more block. Get some better power armors. Protection if you can find them.
Play IWBTH at least. Use weaken and even a bit of imperil. Use Vital Strike on schoolgirls (stunned + with spirit on).
Participate in some events to get some extra income.

Also: if you can, buy gold star with BTC. Worth it.
