I'd recommend using gum and vase for grindfest. If you start from the beginning you'll finish in about 35-40mins in about 2.8k turns. It depends on your gear as well but your times should look somewhat similar. If you play with gum and vase a lot it can get addicting. I'm an addict of gum and vase. I love using them on the schoolgirls as well.

I only Imperil the bosses. My deprecating proficiency is so bad and it goes up so slowly. I'm at 544 right now and a year ago I think I was at 540. That's probably going to be the last one I get to 600. Here's my Wind PFEST for today.
