You seem to misunderstand entirely: five sparks can go by in about 7 rounds. Considering it takes more than 4 spells to kill some of those it's not that unrealistic.

Not to mention drinking potions will also consume actions, casting healing, the buff etc.

Also, all of them maxed? Do you leave out exp tanks entirely or something? Because you also need AP for spells and similar. It just seems way more random than what it used to be.

Yes, all of them maxed. EXP tanks only make you weaker.

How do you tackle other things then? What's your equips? What's the APs you're in?

Also, try to copy the battle logs of your random encounter.

We are talking about IWBTH RANDOM ENCOUNTER so there are no rounds, only turns.
If you mean 7 turns then WTF? This can only occur if SoL re-triggers on the first round of CoF ~4/5 times and second round of CoF ~1/5 times.

Of course. You should only take the exp tanks when you have maxed out SP, HP, MP tanks and taken all the spells/abilities you need.
Now I know at least part of what is wrong with your character.

Most buffs have near 0 casting time so they don't trigger enemy attack, as do potion drinking.
Casting a heal spell and some buffs DO trigger an enemy attack due to long duration cast. This is why you keep protection and SoL on IA. Its why you cast haste as your first buff (if you don't have it IAed), and its why you don't cast buffs while under the effect of CoF.
While under CoF you should cast one single cure spell followed by AoE spells for as long as CoF lasts. (if you don't have IA for SoL, then you cast SoL, then one single cure, then AoE until CoF runs out).

I'd note that having SoL proc every time monsters attack still doesn't stop him from winning, albeit I really think that mage should probably win in 7 turns. Even if mage takes 28 turns and spark procs every turn, 1 godly spirit still gives 2 sparks and is well worth the RA, even 13 are with the drop rates in RA.

Quick edit: I'd note that mage should use single-element phase - dual for IWBTH, not cotton.

There is an icon that looks like a lock next to the equipment's name. Left click on it to toggle between locked and unlocked.
If the lock picture is "glowing" gold it is locked.
If the lock picture lacks the "glow" then it is unlocked.

I have an unexpected Problem since yesterday. I suddenly lose really much stamina (on Normal about 0,1 per Grindfest/Arena-round). I dont think this should [http] be.
But dont know what might be the problem...

1. Notice the difference between normal and great stamina.

2. Check if you've failed any RiddleMaster during your run.

For Reforging (Amnesia Shards), which potencies are removed?

What I mean by that is, are the potencies just removed randomly? If you have 2 DEX, 2 AGI and 2 END, and you got 1 END from the last level, will it remove that? Or will it remove just a random one?

This is assuming all the elements do the same amount of damage, I know they don't, but I just want a rough estimate.

The damage is 50% of damage done by the melee hit, and counts as physical damage. You also need to consider resistance/weakness, so it can be quite a variable among monsters.

Well, 1 hand or 2?

Single target damage goes up by 50% ignoring resistance.

Two-Hand gets diminished due to only the main target getting hit by the elemental strike

It's 1-handed.

So either way, the damage will increase by 50% regardless of which element?
