QUOTE(Maximum_Joe @ May 6 2012, 20:55) Uh no, read it again.
...of course I feel awfully stupid right now. It'd suck if I somehow get that many and not be able to reap the benefit. Also, Heroic is too much. Stepping back to Hard. EDIT: Furthermore, something TERRIBLY wrong has come up!! Normally, I have Shatter Strike as my Skill and my runs through the Arena greatly depend on it. I go through as usual and suddenly I see Great Cleave in its place. A WEAKER, low-tier Skill! What the hell happened?! This post has been edited by Fanservicefan: May 7 2012, 05:20

QUOTE - The full chain for Two-Handed was added. This basically adds an initial attack, and splits the effects of Shatter Strike in two. The great substitute for AOE spells...gone. Oh sure my stats are in the low-100s but this pretty much kills my runs through the Arena without blowing a hole in my MP. Folks at the WTS subforum are hawking Health Elixirs, right? There is an alternative AoE skill: Niten Ichiryu Also, you can try via WTB instead, surely someone will sell you some

The fighting style utilizing rare and expensive weapons (that I could find at one of the subforums but still)? I thought that was for advanced players only. Not to mention I like the Stunned and Domino procs unless there are better ones to inflict.

Niten isn't very good. Also, its not like 2H and melee has died thanks to the patch.

It isn't that Niten isn't good or bad, it requires you to have DW and 2H prof at or near prof cap to be any good. And aside from the fact that Niten doesn't increase prof in either when it is in use.

He asked for an easy AoE, so I gave him one... You want easy AoE? It is either Niten or switch to mage (I doubt he has unlocked the Render Blow yet) This post has been edited by Coma: May 7 2012, 20:05

This is probably a stupid questions, but does leveling up weapons and armor have any affect on the burden and interference?

Yes, they will increase according to the scale factor. B/I are also the only stats which won't scale down to your level if the equip's overleveled.

In light of the new patch I must ask this. How the hell do I do this "chaining" thing the info for Great Cleave talks about?

Basically, they are like a combo.Once you do the first strike, you have 5 turns to proceed with the second attack, and the same for the third.

How many levels does a successful completion of item world raise a piece of equipment? Does it depend on your difficulty setting?

Question about Curse Weaving: the monster level plays a factor in success rate, but which level it would be using? Monster Lab Level (Eila at 1200PL) or Encounter level (Eila at player's level)
I think it is the latter, but I dont have high enough prof to find out
