Heheh, the number is fine, requirement is the problem. If it's more than single potency+armor mixed with bad luck, it could be troublesome. I won't mind to wait long if i send in a perfect peerless for perfect potencies.

Hi! Just replied your MM updating the budget and my compromise requirement.

I still wonder the point of specifying the budget though. To me it only reflects the customer's willingness to pay. But at the end of the day, if in the unfortunate situation that the budget is breached yet the IW requirement is not met, AND the customer would NOT accept any compromise potency, what would happen? Just curious. I wonder if this has ever happened before or not, but would the customer just pay and take the unfinished equipment back?

Well, in my case this hasn't happened yet. When budget limit is about to be reached, customers just change the original requirements or increase the budget limit.
