What part of "Exq beyond Lvl300 is unwated" you don't understand? No one will want them. Not in my auction, even less in kedama's/super's, not in my WTS, not in your shop, not in anyone's, not even in the bazaar.
The Mag rapiers will go away rather quickly, yes, but the Exq ones are to be bazaared, that's the only value they will ever have.

Why do you even ask if there is a market when we answer you "no" you refuse the answer?

and all rapiers have IW 10

IW10 won't change anything to that sad fact about your rapiers, sorry. An IW10 will only ever have a small effect to help someone decide to take a weapon, it won't magically turn something of low quality into something amazing. Especially at a level where the majority of players can IW their weapon themselves without too much trouble.

But if you really need something to help you realize how hopeless your Exq rapiers are: just take a look at the current list of weapons that are being auctioned and try to give me one reason why would one take a Lvl310-340 Exq rapier over a Lvl270-320 Mag whatever (including mag rapiers) for cheap, if not outright a Legendary.

I do understand that you have invested your time IWing these rapiers, but face it: you missed the wagon. If you want to know why you can't sell such stuff anymore: PFUDOR is much more accessible since HV 0.85, which makes low level Mag+ much more frequent.

Think a minute: how are you supposed to drop Legendaries in the first place? With an Exquisite set?
And if there aren't any Legendaries for sale, what do you use instead? Bingo: Magnificent.

I was refering to all the Magnificent that players acquire: I advise to get a full Mag set early on, then once you got your full Leg set, you can sell back your Mag set. And in the process you won't have lost much.

There are more and more players who send back their equips to my auctions after using them for a while by the way.

I'm trying to understand what I should do as I'm new to the market, so I have more questions.

So, I shouldn't soulfuse Magnificent sets but shoud I soulfuse a Legendary one?

Would you prefer I returned the equipments to be reselled again after using them or soulfuse them and sell what I find with the Legendary set?

You do what you want with your equipment. Just keep in mind that something that is soulfused cannot be sold. It's up to you to consider the option of not soulfusing an equipment and use it anyway before getting something better.
In a general way, I advise against soulfusing anything that isn't Legendary.

On page 1 of Auction #15, under "Bidding", it is stated that, "things like "Lig05 start" or "Clo12 Quick" are

valid,". So these entries are equal to the actual start and Quick bid price of those items and are valid bids.

If this is true, under what conditions can a bid equal to the starting price of an item be the winning bid?

Everytime nobody overbids the start price. It has always been this way, even in rl.

1. do those items have the same IDs?
2. did you bid properly before the deadline?
3. has the bid been properly registered?

the "start bid can also be a winning bid" is an universal principle. if answer 3 is no and 1-2 are yes, then maybe our decon made a mistake.
