Not in the best way, i would suggest use them when they help you survive a higher difficulty or IW, but if you are fine without them, dont use them.

Haste and Shadow Veil give you both a certain bonus your burden cannot eliminate. Also when you get higher tier heavy armor, the burden gets reduced by itself and with that increase your base evade, all you could actually set at zero would be the attack speed bonus by reducing your agility until you reach 0%.

If it's credits you want, the answer is arenas and REs.
Creditwise, both GF and IW have the same multiplier (1/4), so, since GF has more rounds and a clear bonus, you'll earn more there, if you you compare finishing both once.

I asked this just the other day, but yes, they work with Heavy Armor build since the buffs are applied after the burden/interference penalties. Meaning you're not wasting your mana recasting them (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Depends if you're playing imperil, also depends on your budget. You won't usually get radiant or charged for cheap.

I'm finally able to do IWBTH just fine now. Thanks all for the advice!

I replaced some of my gears through rentals and freeshop, and tweaked my gameplay... But it turns out that I'm missing a critical piece of the puzzle...

Monsterbation!

I'm actually able to handle about 90% of the enemies. With about 8% that'd wipe me out in 4 rounds, which is actually not a problem if I watch out. It's the last 2% where I get on the bad side of RNG and ended up with 3 or 4 enemies with high spell/skill crit that'd bust through my spark of life in 1~2 rounds that's been killing me, and the script stops me from fighting further as soon as my life gets low. Plus, by modifying it a bit so that all my buffs are now on alert is a great help as well (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

The bad news is... I still can't get a decent main hand or off hand. I'm still using my old lvl 132 shield and soulfused superior ethereal shortsword... Can't really find much of an upgrade in the freeshop or the rentals (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

Maybe I should just dump 50~100k in Evil's shop and get a decent weapon (I've given up on finding a replacement for the shield for now).

P.S. And I would never want to do the "End of Days" stage again. Reminded me of the Endless Eight episodes of Haruhi, which I suspect is the whole point of the design.
