QUOTE(jantch @ Feb 27 2019, 02:10) It's not really 10 additional if you play enough REs. It's 10 without any REs, but the daily cap is still 60.
My current daily all-time highest is 90 fragments. Last 2 weeks daily gain is 65-85 fragments. I have a perk.

QUOTE(yami_zetsu @ Feb 27 2019, 12:01) I feel a bit without directions in here, been saving credits, but don't know what should I invest next should i save up for equipment or buy HGC to fully upgrade my current pieces? the hath perks that i lack would be EE, Cybernetic Implants, Cryst 5, IA5, and Daemon 6 onwards (but those are too expensive, might never get them)
Buy a good LHOH with both EDB and MDB rolls over 50%. Market price will be >=15m. That should add 5~8% damage output. Then upgrade your phases to 25~30. Over 30 it's little gain and a lot of HGC.

QUOTE(jantch @ Feb 26 2019, 23:05) Thanks, but I don't see an increase in granularity. It looks like the morale drop that I had multiplied by 200, so instead of increments of 1 I have increments of 200.
You have got the right amounts in there. That script is used to optimize one's usage of pills and crystals. If you want to measure the morale drain accurately, then I suggest you'd fill them all to the brim and then stop doing it until one of them is near-empty.

i thought the daily cap is 60 and even if the perk does increase your cap by 10, wouldn't you get 70 at most? How did you do that? Maybe doing all your REs in second half of the day helps?

That's what I thought from what jantch said. How did tox01 pull off 90 O_o? I've been tracking my soul fragments drops for the last few days but they always reached 60 cap with one of the last REs, so it sounds quite interesting that he'd get over 60 consistently. But yea the main problem is the PAB. I would rather prefer SD compared to SDA. This post has been edited by Saioux: Feb 27 2019, 13:50

I don't know... random? Sometimes I get only 45 (current lowest). I usually complete all REs a few hours (~6) before reset. After that I write down the number. New Dawn doesn't affect that number. Don't know when +10 kicks in. Didn't bother to try to track it. Last 30 days' average is 70.17 fragments.

Well... you can always reduce your agility stat distribution until you get to your desired level; if you don't mind the wait (and possibly slightly more wait to re-put more agility back in if you swap gears), it's better since you can distribute more exp in other stuff. Your desired agility isn't zero, right?

Yea it was more of a rhetoric to express how much I don't like sda, but ofc sda's better than sd. But ti's actually quite tricky as well since you don't want effective agility to go over your level but something close due to the physical mitigation it gives, and if force shield kicks in out of nowhere it makes things pretty tricky, since it provides at least 50ish agility

The soul fragment cap is sliding window, not a hard daily cap.
in the long run it would even out to 60/day

Is there a requirement for replenishment of the soul fragment cap? I haven't been playing for like four years but I don't think that gave me any additional cap on soul fragments...

no, but, theoretically speaking, if you didn't do any RE yesterday, then do 1 RE exactly every 1 hour today, you could get 23 drops (115 fragments). But that way, if you do RE every 30 minutes tomorrow you would only able to get 6(7?) drops (30 fragments) as you'll start with 0 counter and got a counter regen every 2 hours bottom line is if you consistently do RE daily, it'll average out to ~60 fragments/days in the end. Noni, if you're around can I get a clarification? QUOTE(DJNoni @ Feb 22 2019, 06:04) Pfudor arena's, non-imperil play? staff: 20m +25m forging Prof cotton (2 pieces), non charged, full forged: 50m 3 phases, plain prefix, no forging: 15
Pfudor IW/Grindfest, non-imperil play? Staff:20m + 25m forging prof cotton (2 pieces), charged, full forged: 100m 3 phases, radiant: 100m Forging of the radiants (not even full): 50m
Imperil style is cheaper, but then elemental is much better/cheaper/value-for-money
That's for holy mage setup right? Is there a difference if I try and swap over to dark, rather than holy? (cost-wise) Also, I was wondering how much should I expect to pay for the equip (roughly speaking) unforged? The forge costs fluctuate with binding and material costs, so I'd be less worried about the costs of forging, since I'd end up slowly upgrading it over time anyways. But the raw amount for just the base equip is what I'm interested in. (You did mention staff @ 20m unforged, I appreciate that (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) )

Because the whole post was an answer to QUOTE(Insania @ Feb 21 2019, 21:49) What is the cost standard of a holy mage build that is usable on PFUDOR?
I am sure as sure we can assume even without even reading the post itself, that it is. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I wonder how long is the sliding window tho. For instance, if you don't play RE for a week then you get 120 for a week? For me I haven't been playing HV for four years but I only get 60 rn so there should be a limit I think hmm.

Basically that's what Fudo said: QUOTE(Fudo Masamune @ Feb 27 2019, 10:11) The soul fragment cap is sliding window, not a hard daily cap.
in the long run it would even out to 60/day
By my notes, I have already won between 30 and 90 fragments per day, but in the long run the average is close to 60. I always count between one Dawn and another. And I do not have hath perk for fragments. With that, in almost 3 years (since when the current rule of 60 fragments per day began) I have already used 37,920 fragments and I still currently have 26,625. And I never had to buy it in the bazaar. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) About your problem with the lack of fragments the main issue is that you have been left a long time without playing, and now you are climbing up very fast level. When leveling up too fast your equipment without soulfuse quickly becomes outdated. In this case you would have to change the equipment to others with a level closer to yours, or if you have a good equipment that can be used for a long time, make the soulfuse of it (one equipment at a time, of course (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) ). The advantage of leveling faster is that you can soon make soulfuse on any equipment, and you will need less and less soul fragments. Basically the main question is that you have to be patient about it. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) This post has been edited by Basara Nekki: Feb 27 2019, 17:46

And only my educated guess, not facts. Dark is cheaper but considerably less awesome. Dark is especially much cheaper if you play imperil style. That is less awesome than elec or wimd imperil style, but slightly more awesome than cold imperil style. Or fire, but I don't want to burn my fingers on fire. Dark non-imperil is still less awesome than holy, and also ridiculously expensive to get right. Base equipment: depends on what you want to achieve. It's fine to use, salvage and replace repeatedly. You are not expecting to buy your end game equipment when you start, do you? If so, you might want to rethink that strategy. Salvage will bring salvation. I chose Cold as start. Then at lv 500 turned to the dark side. I recommend wind or elec, but that would count as 'do as I say not as I do' Find a good staff. Spend some credit on that. And start from there. A nice staff is 5-10m but save some more and go for more 'yeah!' level of staffness which would require 15-25m. Good luck!

Some numerical standards on staffness would be quite appreciated (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) For instance, certain cutoffs for MDB and EDB, and something like MDB80 EDB20 vs MDB 60 EDB 60?

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) When you say "awesome", does that mean "does less dmg"? or just "awesome" in the sense of "cool". Cause personally I don't mind either holy or dark, so long as it's just as effective. And I would like to buy late-game-ish stuff first. I have like really really MEH cold mage set up right now. I can go IWBTH relatively decently (just for grinding out some proficiency) but PFUDOR is just madness non-stop healing. Also none of it is upgraded... I also just got a butt-load of credits from filing out a bounty so... Was thinking why not just blow my load straight for expensive-ass gear and then upgrade that shit slowly from daily profits/hath/drops/monster lab drops/etc. Cause I have a pretty decent 1h/heavy setup atm and I'm not struggling to clear stuff. So I'm in no rush to get low grade mage gear, to upgrade to mid gear, then go for late game gear.... Does that make sense?
