Yeah, no. The pay back of those last levels of training is not great i admit. But you would not need 20 years for them to pay back, at least not when you play more than a daily RE. We are talking about training and not the repair bear perks.

Hello Uncle (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
I know i dont need 20 years for them to pay back. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
It means if I don't know how long it will take me to pay off, must take into account that it may take a long time.
If there is not enough data, I will still assume 20 years.
Consider the worst case. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

Hey kikikaki (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

I would assume around half a year for them to pay off. Longer of you play less than average, shorter if you play more.

Training Drop Chance will cost 80m.
If I earn 350K a day.
This is my 228 days of income. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
Suppose the half-year earnings back sounds too optimistic.
But I won't say it is wrong.
Because we don't have data in this area.
I really hope that we have. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif)

Hello there dear experts,

I've got a question about Hath Perks.

I am currently a Bronze Star as you can see on the left and recently unlocked "Innate Arcana I" as well as "Postage Paid".

Build-wise I am following the advice section of the wiki with a 2H and Light Armour Melee build, using Regen, Protection, Shadow Veil, Heartseeker and Haste on cooldown manually with Spark of Life in my IA I Slot.

I just discovered the "Hentaiverse Monsterbation" script and am loving the speed of hover battle and now I am wondering if investing in more Innate Arcana is a worthwhile investment or if there is something else I should put more priority on. (I do not intend to go mage at end game, in case this is important.)

Edit: Forgot to add the most important stuff:

Current Hath: 0
Current Credits: 872k

I think IA II and III are the most valuable ones for now and they are among the cheapest perks as well. And also maybe Vigorous Vitality, same price as IA III.

Try to get Vigorous vitality and IA 3 for the time being (in fact, even IA5 is useful for 2h), they will help you a lot

dont go for IA 4+5 until you have your equipment ready and everything you really need, as long as you have Spirit Shield / protection / Spark of Life in IA slotted, its all fine

A follow-up to this post -

To test the effect of monster level on morale drain rate, I fed some monsters enough crystals to get their levels to 40, 250, 450, and 650 with full morale. 250 was assumed to be the start point for increasing morale drain, 650 was assumed to be the 2x point, 450 was a halfway point to check if the drain was linear, and 40 was a check to see that the drain rate didn't start changing below 250.

It looks like the drain rate doesn't start changing below 250, but it probably starts a little higher, and the 2x point is below 650.

I'm basing morale on the length of the morale bar, so there's probably a way to get more detailed info, but I'm not familiar with it.

At last check, morale was 105 (down 15) for the level 40 and 250 monsters, 111 (down 9) for the level 450 monster, and 114 (down 6) for the level 650 monster.

Thanks, but I don't see an increase in granularity. It looks like the morale drop that I had multiplied by 200, so instead of increments of 1 I have increments of 200.

Ugh, I would love to buy a soul fragment perk. Not that crap perk that gives you lousy 10 additional fragments per day tho. The cap is just horrendously low...

Yeah, it seems that the function of morale drop rate vs. monster PL as described in Wiki is wrong.

It certainly is for PL up to 250, since I have more then 10 monsters between PL 30 and PL 250 and all of them have the same morale drop rate, i.e. morale drop rate is a constant at least until PL250 (while Wiki says morale at PL250 lasts 2x as that of PL25 ! ).

I also wanted to do the same test that you're doing, but since I have only 3 monsters barely above PL300, and I only feed them xtals when needed to refill their morale bar, I fear I will need still some months before
being able to do it for points up to PL650 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

But I strongly suspect that you were right in what you wrote. i.e. points of morale lasting respectively 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x and 6x as much as duration at PL25 are not the ones mentioned in Wiki, being instead PL 650, 1050, 1450, 1850, 2250.

Obviously to test this hypothesis people with such leveld monsters are needed (which exclude myself) (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif)

It's not really 10 additional if you play enough REs. It's 10 without any REs, but the daily cap is still 60.

But what I was saying is that my assumption wasn't correct. 650 is more than 2x, and 450 is more than 1.5x.

Wait really? I didn't know how it could suck more than it already does, and you just proved me wrong.

I hope mag soulfusing was cheaper tho :/ I'm trying to stop my spending on 1H at mag power slaughter and it takes too many fragments >.>

It seems to me that your numbers are too little to give enough precision to the test : -15, -9 and -6 each over a total of 120. Not enough to conclude that your asumption is not correct; moreover if you try to plot those over the function implied in Wiki the relative error is much greater than it is with your hypothesis.

That means your assumption is a better fit to reality then what Wiki says, even if it should not be the correct one (at least up to PL 650).

Besides, you have a GS and that influences the function (and I'm not sure it does so equally over all PL range; are you?). So a consumption drop x2 (i.e. double duration of morale bar) becomes iirc additionally reduced of a 50% with a GS, but is that over all the range? So x2 becomes x4, x3 becomes x6 and son on until final x6 becomes x12 with a GS ?
