well, I got ~25k credits just from DwD, so I definitely wont go to red by using it...

the other option you could try are buying the perks, inc. your prof, and also your WIS...

I'm thinking of using staff to knock monsters in the arena, is it viable? (fully forged staff has good ADB, but no block and parry I guess) I wish there are simulations so I won't be a dumb ass walking in pretty much naked :3

I still can't fight RE naked, is it even possible?

around 45mins for DwD, 25 mins for Eternal Darkness, and 20 mins for End of Days... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)
I still sometimes miss the imperil, but it definitely less than without the shard...

Anyone here know and can teach me where and how to bind imperil on numpad (pref. num2,5,8 and 9) in monsterbation?. Thanks.

This is how I did it:
Bind(103, Strongest([TargetMonster(1), Cast('Imperil')])); // Numpad 7
Bind(104, Strongest([TargetMonster(4), Cast('Imperil')])); // Numpad 8
Bind(105, Strongest([TargetMonster(7), Cast('Imperil')])); // Numpad 9

It casts on monster 2, 5 and 8 respectively.
Dunno if it will work for you. Don't forget to scroll up a lit a bit to find the websites where you czn determine your keycodes, if needed.

my today's beginner level question:

1. for infusion "do 25% more damage with ccc magicks" , is it change my weapon damage to xxx and do 25% more damage, or only 25% more damage for my xxx damage part?

2. boss's drop do not have difference for different difficulty, so since i do not have much time for daily work and currently only care about how much C i can earn, I can just use normal level for ring of blood and arena (yesterday scared by EoD), only higher difficulty for random encounter?

1. Neither.
Whatever the weapon, it will get a +25% elemental damage bonus, which stacks additively with your already existing spell damage bonus (which you can find on your character page after scrolling down). That multiplier only affects the strength of offensive magic of the associate type, nothing else. In other words, if you already have +75% cold damage bonus and use an Infusion of Frost, it will go up to +100% and your cold spells will basically deal double the normal damage instead of "only" +75% damage.
Translation: that bonus is perfectly useless for melee players, and quite weak for mage players because they already have +200%/+400% elemental damage bonus.
The only useful effect an infusion will have, is adding a (physical) elemental strike to the weapon. And that one will increase your DPS significantly. It won't benefit from the spell damage bonus though, since it's not a spell.

2. The boss'es drops may not change with difficulty, but credits and equipment drops are higher with higher difficulties. Just play an acceptable difficulty for whatever the challenge you play. One can get around 25kC by clearing PFUDOR DwD alone, without counting equipment drops or anything, only the raw credits that drop from monsters.

Dude the lowest price quote for aether shard on the market is 3k....It's not worth it lmao

I use 2 Aether Shards before entering PFFEST with my Imperil Shortsword playstyle. Totally worth it. Especially when I drop pretty much 1-2 of them most of the time.
99% magic accuracy -> 149% magic accuracy is a whole world of difference when it comes to land Imperil successfully. Oh, and you also get -10% cost on spell costs aswell.
I'm even planning on trying those things to reach 200% magic accuracy on a future and hypothetic Arcanist build, to see how it goes.

Thanks for the inputs. So I've reached 4.8k turns as of yesterday with infusion, but then again maybe that was the case only because it was a dark day. I'ma try out with or without the shards to see how much time I'd save.

Glad I missed it XD That looks like some party I don't want to be at haha...As for not killing the goddesses I guess at that time proficiency gain was dependent on the number of times you hit it with staff and such? That doesn't sound so fun...That literally was grinding lol.

each whack had chance of 0.01 to 0.03 prof increase, the chance doubled (or 5x at lvl 1?) and gradually decrease to 'normal' at 250 and decrease further (post 250 I guess) when it close to your level (max cap), alike to the chance of getting PAB bonuses from PA.
how high is normal chance? idk, 10%? 5%? ¯\(ツ)/¯ it's not that low actually, but still took a good chunk of time from playing a comfortable playstyle if you wants to grind every prof to it's max (every level)...

I only use holy or dark regardless of the day because the only reason to use infusion is for SGs anyways

Erm, no. As a melee player, you should have infusions on at all times except during REs and ROBs.
If you invested enough in trainings, you should be dropping a bit more infusions than you use anyway.

By the way, how do you guys kill off regular monsters? You know how you don't want any attack speed as 1H to proc as many counters as possible? Along the same line, I guess maybe it's better to change targets constantly to keep as many as them alive? So far I've just killed them off one after the other.

Last I played mage there was no spirit stance, so I'm kinda struggling here.
Do you actively maintain SS? How the heck do you charge it up if you do? Nothing short of whacking mobs with my stick seems to do it.

Mage should never normal attack and OC should always be 0.
Forget about SS.
It reduce some mp consumption but deal nothing with damage.
Use Aether shard if you want to save some MP(=mana potion/elixir).
