Int has nothing to do with mana regen. Int does only increase your magical damage, something you really shouldnt care about. Well that and additonal spirit points, but you still have used too much xp on int for that. I mean you have more Int that me and i am a shit tone level above you. Personally i did it like this Dex highest, Str and End equal and 10 points below Dex. Agi just up to the point that attack speed bonus is 0%. And int i did just set at 100 for a few cheap spirit point and ignored it. Wis on the other hand, i dont remember. But you dont need that much wis. Absolute max is imo btw reached when you get 20% resistance chance out of it.

A rapier? Does the much lower damage and armor pen make up that difference in pary vs a high-damage weapon?

If you find a rapier sure. But atm i would suggest any weapon that has parry and axe dont has parry.

For 1h the recommended build is:
Strength as high as it will go, keeping it even with Dex/End
Dexterity as high as it will go, keeping it even with Str/End
Agility same as level (304)
Endurance as high as it will go, keeping it even with Str/Dex
Intelligence 70% of your level (so for you 304 x 0,7 = 213~)
Wisdom same as level (304)

The easiest (and about the only way) to get forge materials for your gear is in the forum WTB section; however, at your level that is not a good idea to do forging at all.

Go to Wolfgirls; or some other freebie thread and grab some gear there (as limitbreak suggests, light armor + club/axe and a rapier.)

Btw speaking of been poor. Do you use your Chaos Tokens to unlock more monster slots? Because that is more effective for your income then upgrade your monster.

I returned all the gear I had gotten from others a long time ago.

Hell, I even dumped a bunch of decent lower-level gear a long ass time ago that got snatched by a bot.


Its not that I don't know where to go to get free gear, because that was never the question.

As for getting more free stuff, I haven't actually seen anyone offering anything that even remotely seems like an upgrade over what I've got now. But seeing as its such a big deal to you, I'll go slime my way over to a bunch of give-out threads and just gobble up whatever they hand out to me because I have no clue about what I actually need.

people enter first few round IW and use T1 spell to it's proficiency, we do TT&T and deliberately not kill the goddesses so we could smack them good using staff for staff proficiency, I myself enter normal grindfest and use 1h action setup to grind staff and cloth prof.
it took me 2~3 level on low-mid difficulty to grind 2h(or dw?) prof from 0 to level prof (max cap at that time) at lvl 375-378
there were no such thing as free proficiency off daily dawn, it was so ridiculous that there are some people who didn't change to mage at high level just because they don't want to grind the proficiency from 0.

Yo Uncle, what's your magic accuracy and INT right now? Mine is 93.5% and my INT is 137, so maybe I should put in some more points to INT (It's dirt cheap for my level anyways) to boost my magic accuracy a bit? I wonder what kinda accuracy I should be aiming for

Yeah, but he has forgoten to tell that proficiency back than was different. The max was your own level and assimilator was a useless training no one actually did.

So I guess the maximum was 500 for any? And after the prof rework I can imagine bunch of ppl grinding prof again to get better profs haha.

yes, having pen armor offset the lower adb...
and with parry you could increase the counter-attack chance which IMO will add your overall damage output...

I think the only viable alternative of rapier is shortsword which give you higher adb and the similar parry...
axe has the highest adb but have no parry...
club is the same with axe with the addition of stun which IMO lower your counter-attack chance...
waki have highest parry but IMO the adb is too low...
