It really is a q. You know i feel a bit like in those moments when you are read the name of a char a thousand times, but when you hear it the first time spoken, it just feels weird and not the way it was suppose to be. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

Btw i am thinking about the OFC. So as i see it there are two different ways to use it. Right away, even when half the round is allready death, or wait for the next round to unleash its power to its full potential. I mean the first way allow you of course to use the ofc more often in a battle, but the second way every single ofc does have a greater effect. So has someone any thoughts on this?

I always use it in the beginning of the round as I think you will save more turn that way...
and you could use it more regularly if used in the beginning...
with ~5 monsters round I regularly use it in 3-4 round and it increase to 2-3 round per OFC with >7 monster...

really???
with 10 monsters round my OFC ready when I still have 2 monster left in the 2 round later...
I doubt the difference will be that big with ~8 monsters round...
but well it will depends on how fast you kill the monsters though...
maybe someone who have high adb will get higher round per OFC??? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Really. No matter when you use it, you have to allways to wait 50 turns of cooldown. Well, maybe i notice this more while doing some GF from time to time, but when i kind of "waste" additional 10 or 20 turns for the next full round of monster, that increase of course the time between each usages of the OFC to way more than just those 50 turns and by that of course the total numbers of usages in the battle. Personally, as long as there are five monster alive, i shoot the ofc and wait for the cooldown.

Interesting...
IIRC I seldom get my OFC ready in the first 1/3 of the round though...
it usually ready when only 2-3 monster left...
well sometimes I need to wait 1-2 turns in the beginning of round, but thats rarely happen...

I only have my ofc for some days now, but already thought about the same issue.
But I have not really a general guideline. Mostly it's a spontaneous decision. Depending on how many monsters are there in general, is it a SG arena or even the last round or the one before.
In a "normal round" with more then ... let's say ... 5 to 6 monsters (and if I pay attention) and see at the beginning of the round that the ofc is nearly ready I start to hit multiple monsters and try to weaken the one with most hp until the ofc is ready and then blast them. The same strategy goes for RE. I just don't wait for the cooldown, but the oc to be ready.
If it is a SG arena I started to ignore the mob and just attack the SG(s) until the ofc is ready. No need to only use it at the beginning - it still takes more then enough rounds for me to kill a SG.
If it is the last round I normally just use it like "why not". Only if the round just consists of bosses (like trio and tree or the dragons) I normally don't use it anymore. Then I prefer to stay in spirit stance.

Oh, so there do are players who watch monster HP. Don't you lose too much time doing that? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Not really. Monsterbation shortens the HP-bar relative to their max. So I see it more or less instantly. I don't check the exact number.

CODE
shortenHPbars: true, //        shorten monster hp bars relative to their max hp

I think ofc is worth using if there are more than five monsters and in that regard I use it whenever I can use it for more than five monsters. I think it also depends on how fast you can kill of monsters with your normal attack tho. For me, on average monsters take about 5-6 shots to kill off, so by not using ofc fast I'm losing out on cooldown turns substantially, so I just use it unless there are like three monsters left.

Esp if you can sustain infinite SS even if you use OFC, then I think it might be better to just use it even if you have three monsters laying around.

Sometimes I manage to keep up SS ... but the gain is not much, because then I usually need more rounds to come back to the necessary oc then the ofc has cooldown. Depends n the number of monsters of course. Maybe easier with slower heavy armor though. Not sure.

If I unlocked 3 potencies on a piece of equipment, do they have the same chance of leveling up? Or does it somehow depend on how many levels each has?

well, you certainly won't get a fourth. I think they then all have the same chance after that, but it rarely happens that I get 3 different potencies before reforge, so I haven't tried it. My 3 potency staff was pen2->pen5, then pen5Spel3, then pen5spel3Ann1.

I don't wanna reforge on a leg anymore so I'm gambling on the last one (IW9->IW10). Before that, I already failed 2 times when the last one went wrong (I started with jug1/2 but I ended up with 3 potencies), so I'm simply wondering what my odd is for getting it right this time (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Will know the answer in about 15min

I knew it. Fireproof.

So, is this still better than this?

savage > any other right?

For me whenever I see SGs are always Vital Strike'd when stunned and more than half hp. Does more damage/OC than OFC in most cases.

Yeah still better. Savage is meh, compared to slaughter, but I would prefer savage of warding over plain protection. And the savage has good ADB.

Lottery will work in an inverse quantum mechanics state, essentially distributing the prizes like if no one have pressed "Do Not Want" button...

...poor guy who gets the item he don't want (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I'm joking, of course I don't know how it'd work... but I think Tenb would get the item (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)

(He already won a lottery before)
