How do you determine which monster to kill/weaken/silence first? I'm trying out RE @ IWBTH, and sometimes I just get killed instantly,
Should I configure monsterbation so that hp bar length is relative to HP, and kill of weaker monsters? As for silencing, do I do that based on their mp bar or sp bar or both?

Well holy day is about holy damage, magic or physical. But when the damage was just from piercing attacks i would say, that your block and parry rng just let you down. I suggest get more of both and of course dont forget your mitigations. QUOTE(Saioux @ Jan 27 2019, 06:31) How do you determine which monster to kill/weaken/silence first? You mean when there are just normal monster around? Not at all, sometimes i kill from the top, other times i kill from the botton, but that has more to do with where my mouse cursor is at that time as with what monster i encounter. When you get killed instantly, you are playing on the wrong difficulty. Use a lower difficulty, get stronger and try it again after you got stronger.

Thank you for your reply. So you mean I should set arena at difficulty for which I don't have to debuff monsters to survive?
Also, do you have some idea about the block change and parry chance one can achieve around lv300? Right now my block and parry chances are 43.5 and 24.9 %, respectively.

Yes. QUOTE(Saioux @ Jan 27 2019, 06:46) Also, do you have some idea about the block change and parry chance one can achieve around lv300? Right now my block and parry chances are 43.5 and 24.9 %, respectively.
Ehm, around 300? No, sorry. I dont remember, that is just too long ago. But i suggest, dont just look at your block and parry, also look at your MM and PM. Because block and parry can fail, and when you dont have a good defense, those monster attacks can and will kill you. Block and parry are good and important, but they are not everything that keeps you alive.

Thank you for your helpful comment. My PM and MM are 60 and 55 %, respectively. My armors are Exquisite plate with no shielding, and their percentile is like -70% since they are from like four years ago XD. I'm looking into Free Shops to see if I can rent some free gears, but unfortunately I already used my request for shared free shop yesterday for potions (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Tbh, i would really not suggest using shielding place, except as a shorttime solution until you get a full power armor set. It will may take some time, but just be patient, you will get there. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

It's 2H, could be resist RNG playing trick on me, but the damage range is absurd. I either live at ~5% HP for 3 turns in a row (purposely did that to proc spark), or I get sparked at 80% in 2 turns. It's anyone guess how much damage they do, though I started seeing candy dolls (still better than those god damn shadowcats), and it seems that very specific monsters is dealing all these damages. I could leave 1 alive, and it would potentially chunk almost as much off my health as all the others combined while I click on it :/

Oh, but you cant escape those shadowcats, they are everywhere. *sigh* (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) Well, that sounds to me like a hole in your mitigations. So i would say forge it. Other may disaggree, but it worked for me. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

Is it better to get piece by piece that are worthy of soulfusing or get affordable sets every 50 levels or so?

At your level and in credits? I have no idea, sorry. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) And personally i would say when you find a piece, and you plan to use it for a longer time, fuse it, when you find a piece and you have plans to replace it in the near future, dont fuse it.

Yea, main issue with getting a piece is because my level is too low (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)( I can't seem to find good items for my level because most items are leveled at least 450ish

Except of a single exq rapier everything was selfdrop until i was allready close to 400. It may take a while, but it is possible to do this. I mean i still use two selfdrops in my current set.

Yea, I guess if I get less greedy and sticky to doable difficulty level, it will be alright lol. I'm trying out if I can handle Nintendo arena and IWBTH RE right now .

I know the feeling, i really do. But i really suggest to dont get a bigger bite than you could chew atm. You will be able soon enough to do them with ease. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

Hello, I have some questions about training. 1. Some people advice against training AL; should I stop training it? 2. What are the priorities in training for me right now, up to what levels? I've included my training status below. Thank you!

Fast leveling up is also a successful strategy. Gear is much cheaper at lv500, and you will be able to make fast income. Just not from equip drops. So I say keep going. There are others that hate AL, because equip drops at low level have more value. There is no right way, just do what you like. I like race to lv500. Priority should be archeologist, though. That's prio 1. And then scavenger.

And i would say, train only when the cost still in a range of what you feel like not too hard to obtain. Otherhwise you could feel like that you just waste you credits, because something like scavenger really can take a while to pay off, even when they all do in the end.

Thank you! I guess I will keep level AL up. For Arch, do I level it up as much as I can or do I just go with scavenger after levelling it up once? And I guess I don't have to bother with Quartermaster and Luck of the Draw for now?
It'd be cool if I level up this to lv500 and slowly level up a second character; it's a shame we aren't allowed a second account :/
