tl;dr
OK, now I'm angry. It's time to be The Evil: hurt and humiliate while remaining politically correct.
I don't have time to write walls of text to prove that I am right, nor to read other people's.
1) I am one of the only two active wiki contributors and the one currently updating the wiki regarding how the characters stats are calculated. You've chosen the N°1 wrong person to call a noob at that. Sucks to be you.
2) Doing proper research and studying new methods may not need a degree in maths, but having one anyway certainly proves that you know how to lead a reasearch properly and qualify its results. It also helps at determining if a method is good or shit.
3) I thought I did not need to mention that "possible" implies "and is also viable time-wise aswell as brain-wise". Spending most of my time refilling my OC bar to prepare for the next round instead of killing monsters isn't really what I call "viable time-wise". Trying to hurt the monsters a bit but not too much, ending up with a very variable amount of OC in the end of every round, so that I can't possible hope to repeat the pattern in every round, isn't what I call "viable brain-wise". If it really works for you in rounds of 4-6 monsters, then it means that the monsters are laughing at the pathetic damage you're dealing with your weapon and that your clear time must be terrible. For my part, when I use the 2 skills without even activating the spirit stance or Imperil, there's always
at least 3 Monsters dead or near dead and the rest certainly won't allow me to refill my OC bar.
4) What do you do when Sleep and Silenced failed and you have no overcharge? Do you pray Snowflake?
5) I'm curious to see your clear time, or a video. That's the only things that would make me admit that a method is viable.
So no, big flat
NO, Power Two-Handed is not possible at my level, unless one uses a mace. I'll consider it "possible" when it's possible to tank 4-5 monsters at once without using any depr spell/skill and without stunning them. Or when it's possible to kill them so fast that they don't have the time to damage me.
THIS, is what I expect to do when playing Power 2H: Imperil everything, kill everything within 5-10 regular attacks, next round. If I got 250OC, spirit stance so that everything dies even faster.
Just like how mages play, basically. At worst, casting Silence+Sleep on some of the monsters before imperiling, and if they fail I need to make sure that all I'd need is a single full-cure for the whole round, not healings every 2-3 turns.
tl;drI won't believe in your efficiency without you bringing in a clear time or a video. I did try your method, I found out it sucks even more than my "natural" way of playing Power 2H, so it's hard to believe it does give results for someone else with lower equipment and level.
If I can't survive with a "Sleep 2, Silence 5, Imperil 8, kill 7+8+9, Imperil 2, Imperil 5, kill the rest", then there's no hope to play that playstyle, simple.
