But tbh i really have to ask, do you even need IA IV at all? I stoped at IA III.

Since three auto-castings drain my mp faster than I can regenerate, so I thought it would be a good idea to get to IA IV. Or do I need the RR perk?



I'm interested in knowing how that staff worth 90m (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) and more generally how to differentiate it from HGW (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Just for a heads up: I spend 21 feathers (3 hours worth) for every 1H PFFEST I do, and 2 feathers (2 hours worth on the staff) to clear arenas as mage.
Why not using these things that buff you up, while you can literally buy them 15/20c apiece? I don't regret buying a stock of 3000 of them back then. And my stock does go down, mind you.

So the main purpose of using a feather is to reduce interference right? (not burden)

Well, i dont know what specific 90M staff you are talking about, but what a good staff set apart from HGW staffs is the stats, fiting suffix and prefix and been the right type of staff. I mean a Hallowed Katalox of Heimdall is HGW but a Hallowed Oak Staff of Heimdall is jackpot.

No, the main purpose of using them is to reduce burden. Well, maybe 1H mages would care about that and use it reduce interference of their buckler.

Huh. I have IA IV, but I still drink mana draughts and manage to breakeven/come close to it on pots used. Are you breaking even?

Expensive, but more than worth it, believe.

That is normal at your level, if you are a bit patient your upkeep will fall as your support prof will increase. And imo IA IV and RR are not what i would call a must have perk.

Wait but force shield has really low burden, why not use feathers on armors instead? Isn't 50% reduction work out to reduce a lot more on burden?

1H mages dont use force shields, they use buckler.

Low and medium level 1H players might find it helpful to feather just their Force Shield on arenas. I use a buckler so I have no need to do it, but that option is yet another perk of Force Shields.

From scanning monster with monsterbation. And when i look at how many of my monster are still unscanned or havent been scanned in years, peopl actually just scan monsters above PL 1200. Everything below that can take years to be scanned for the first time.

since there's a shared low level account with disabled trading for testing purposes, it might be interesting to set up a script that periodically enters a RE, scans all monsters and flees, to get more data on low-level monsters

Force shield has the highest interference on 1H equips. Second most interence is any type of Body Armor not Mithril.

And also grant every owner of those monster a free win aka gift. As much as i would like to see some of my monsters scanned, i am not a fan of that idea.

I am getting the following error message: "statelock limiter in effect". Anyone know what is causing this?

ehh, it'll be like a small-time lottery, considering there are about 16,000 monsters below PL 250 that have been scanned and who knows how many more

it's probablyy a script thing. HVUT has a setting of how much it can do at the same time. If I don't limit it in the setting, I get that when I mass-forge an equip. It has to do with the amount of actions HV allows per second or something like that.
