Yeah? So? It is not forged and your level is quite low. So i am not suprised. Mine is 69.2%, 70.7%. Yeah, i know. But i am in the mood to show of a bit. And now stop overthinking this decision and act. It is just a shield. And both dont look like endgame material. But looking at your level that is completly okay.

I just hope pre gaming means what i hope it means. Because my dictionary isnt absolutly clear about this.

What skill editor? Is this a script? But yeah, they get some generic skills right the moment they are unlocked. *sigh* I guess i should give a few of them a look myself. *sigh* Nope, too lazy.

No, not needed, they will automatically use the default skills. But it can be fun to create your own skills.

Still roughly the same, so there is no reason to invest time and money on new one (you'll also will have to respec agility for a week)

Short answer: Almost all stats (except damage) work like this. Basically it boils down to: The higher your stat, the lower the effect of increasing it further.

Sorry, could you explain a bit more? For example, I still can't see the cap on block/evade is in the wiki. Diminishing returns due to multiplicative bonuses is NOT the same as the cap Benny-boy mentioned.
