Wow gold star is really powerful then. I felt that Resplendent Regeneration was the 2nd or 3rd best battle-related hath perk I purchased so far (not for offense but overall helpfulness).

Just another reason to eventually get a gold star, and another reason to say this: at low levels and without RR and GS, interference is way more noticeable, and players can benefit from things like bucklers, ethereal rapiers, and capacitor. The standard advice of force shields and elemental rapiers is more ideal on level 400+ players.

Do RR and GS also provide HP regeneration boost?

go for 2 at one go if you have dark descent or if you can send it to dark descent service. If you don't have DD, go for 1 potency at a time. But that sucks. But no, it doesn't matter for the chances for j3, it just saves a lot of shards.

Erm. You seem to be mistaken. The effect is only the natural MP/SP regen. There is no effect on the restoratives or on the Regen spell. The RR hath perk actually became quite useless since we don't have any HP/MP/SP out of battle anymore.

A mix of Shadowdancer and Fleet, unless you think your evade is high enough, then pure Shadowdancer.

Shadowdancer gives the same evade bonus as Fleet (and additional damage bonus), so there's absolutely no reason to choose Fleet over Shadowdancer. (At least considering the stats, your wallet might think differently (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif).)

As far as I know, PXP0 is the sum of the base values of all attributes of the equipment (do not ask me how exactly this sum is; nobody knows (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) ). Thus, the greater the value of PXP0 means that the base values of the attributes are good (in general, or most of them).

This is just a personal preference. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) I made the list of elements in that order only based on the current values of how much I have mitigation for each element, not counting the current Armor. With this I aim to have balanced mitigation values among the elements.

Unequipping this slot:
53.2% fire

39.5% dark

You mean jugg5? I just ask because most of the time i am allready happy to get even that no matter what sort of prof does also appear. Well, except cap. I reforge right away when a cap appears. No, it is based upon the types of attacks that did kill me in the last 18 months. Why would i care about an element that is never actually a threat to me? That wouldnt really makes any sense to me. And because most of those attacks that killed me -and i am talking about over 96%- were either fire or holy and 100% magic, i of course care more about protection from such attacks as from other attacks.
