It's bad advice for those who care about low level equips, most players are better off leveling than getting extra 10k per month (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

We are not here to decide in stead of newbies if they should level up or not, if they should sell their equipments or not. We are here to tell them what they can do, can't do, and then it's up to them to take the proper decision. It's up to him to decide if these "10k a month" (which is way below the actual value) are worth it or not, and in general if he cares or not.

Please try to set aside your own preferences, assumptions and stay neutral when you give an advice. Our "mission" as experts is to provide knowledge to help one building his own experience, not to spread wrong assumptions or to bias other player's opinion. And TBH that's a thing that many people around here don't really grasp.

Well, when you hope for a way to get your Soul Fragments back, or to sent the equipmentz to another person. That is not possible. What you could do is to "unsoulbound" is salvage it and buy it back from the bazaar right away. But by that way you wont get your fragments back and the equipment would still be untradeble. But it would no longer be soulfused, but somehow i doubt that is what you want.

And mistakes can allways happen in this game. I just have to think about that one time i did salvage instead of reforge. I wasted around 800k credits with just a single mouseclick. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I've yet to try it myself but I heard that when you do this, the equipment is still soulbound after you buy it back from the bazaar.

Each shard can help you erase two potentials. So two

i don't worry about shards, i’m worried about the chances of getting the wrong potential.

No. Not if you're aiming for Jug5 and then don't really care about the rest.

So, I was looking at the current prize of weapon lottery, Peerless Ethereal Estoc of Slaughter, and saw that it has a base of 3.93 on agility and 11.58 on strength.
The wiki page https://ehwiki.org/wiki/Equipment_Prefixes say that Peerless have "Guaranteed all stats maxed (125% of Superior's maximum)." and "Essentially a Legendary with 100% on every stat."

Does it mean it's impossible for an Estoc to give more agility?
Should not the stats be more balanced if they are all maxed out? (though I understand slaughter may boost strength, if it doesn't (only) affect damage directly)
Or could it be that the "stats" that are maxed out on peerless are not the same as the "base stats"?

no, the game is designed so that different weapon types give you different benefits. Slaughter gives you ADB, and not strength. STR gives you strength. Peerless has max possible value on all base stats. They only scale with level.
