QUOTE(Uncle Stu @ Dec 16 2018, 14:10) When you level up the game gets actually more difficult, the monster stronger. So when you level up faster. The monster gets faster stronger. And if you didnt notice this allready, you will soon. So i would suggest to wait until you know if you are actually okay with the speed by with the monster gets stronger. If you dont notice any problem. Go ahead, train adept learner. If not, you could maybe regret it to have trained AL so much. Does this answer you question?
Thanks for clarifying. I currently very happy with the rate of my leveling right now. So probably won't do any more AL since it doesn't provide any benefit to income at all.

QUOTE(andrew1590 @ Dec 16 2018, 07:08) Hi, have a few question about credit max utilization
The thing is - with melee you don't really need any perks and after lvl 400 leveling doesn't give you notable advantage, so you may invest more in drops and damage, but after some point difference would be neglectable and pay off would be close to tens of years.

But somehow it does improve a little bit but with much more difficulty for the little improvement with huge cost. Thanks for your insight. Yes, i'll focus more on upgrading stuff that improve drops.

Small question to those who have tried that playstyle. Am I wrong when assuming that a shield like this one is a perfect fit for a 1H mage? DEA [ alt.hentaiverse.org] Legendary Reinforced Buckler of the Barrier

yes, I prefer it that way, with waki of battlecaster. But it's very close to nimble waki+ battlecaster shield. Your shield has way too low block for any purpose, so no it's not the ideal 1h mage shield.

DEA [ alt.hentaiverse.org] Legendary Reinforced Buckler of the BarrierDEA is OK; Reinforced is perfect; of the Barrier is perfect for PFUDOR Fest, in PFUDOR IW works Battlecaster better; it's Block is too low, so it's far away from perfect.

So that's what I thought: everything OK except the block.

ok, let's go perfect -> peerless Waki of Nimble + Buckler of Battlecaster Parry + Block 61.56 Mana Conservation 25.75 Waki of Battlecaster + Buckler of Barrier Parry + Block 60 Mana Conservation 16.12 and you can forge parry and block but can't forge mc QUOTE yes, I prefer it that way, with waki of battlecaster. But it's very close to nimble waki+ battlecaster shield. let me guess: you get waki first, than get matching buckler. This post has been edited by Ikki Pop: Dec 18 2018, 00:32

I think block is more important since it improves survivability and I think we don't need so much mana conservation even at 15% you'll be fine (and if you need more you can use aether shards that adds 10% mana conservation and 50% magic accuracy as a bonus). But well... that's only my personal opinion. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) So battlecaster waki + barrier buckler for me. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)

Hi, I'm new to hentaiverse and honestly forums in general. I've always been a lurker, never interacting on any online forums, but after some research into this game I've discovered that hentaiverse is best played in tandem with the forum, so hello everyone!
I've gone through a bit of the wiki and ask the experts, such as f4tal's do's and dont's, but I'd like to ask the more experienced players if what I'm doing is right, and perhaps some more advice. Literally my 2nd or 3rd day around, so maybe I should have kept researching and playing before posting, but I figured if I asked people who knew what they were doing it would be better than groping around blindly. So I'll describe my entire "build" (I barely started honestly) and then ask about how to continue.
I'm currently going 1 handed, with wakizashi (thinking about getting a rapier), shield, and heavy armor (only leather leggings though). My stats are even across everything except intelligence and wisdom, which I'm even taking points out of. I'm level 51 because I was going into grindfest trying to get exp, but after reading f4tal's advice, I've stopped my power leveling and just stuck to random encounters and the few arena fights I have available to my level. Abilities wise, I've only invested some into one handed, supportive 1, and general, now left with a good chunk of mastery and ability points unused... I'll attach pics below of all my abilities and stats. Nintendo difficulty but I think I could (should?) probably go higher.
What I don't really know is this: the forum, and how to use it/use it best. I'm a stranger to trading on forums, but it seems that anything worth anything selling should not be sold to the bazaar, and everything worth buying can be bought for less on the forums. WTS and WTB however intimidates me with all those post and items and numbers.... but it's probably something I should get used to fast, to get things like hath and orbital friendship cannon. I just want the best deals, as everyone else does. A real question I have now is, how should I handle my equipment though, all this average low level nonsense? Is it worth the hassle to trade on the forum, where I doubt anyone wants it, or should I just scrap/sell it at the bazaar. At what point is it even worth it? Also, I have equipment durability ranging from 50% to 80%, and got that red exclamation mark next to my stamina. To repair, I need scraps, which I can get in game from using credits, or scrapping equipment, or selling equipment at bazaar to get credits to buy scraps (I heard at the bazaar its never worth. Moreover, after looking around on the forums, scraps are cheaper thanks to nice people with hath perks. Lots of options and I don't know what to choose.
Overall, I'd like some advice, comments, criticism or reassurance about how I'm handling everything. Trying to get off on the right foot!
(BTW the FreeShop and other related shops are super awesome, thank you guys! will try to suck all the equipment and consumables out there while I'm low leveled)

Don't worry about buying equipment until 250, use that money to train Adept Learner under training, wait for auctions where you can get cheap power armor for 50k at 250 and participate in the Yuletide Lottery for a jackpot.

Use only 1 type of equipment, even 1 leather disables heavy abilities QUOTE(stevenh333 @ Dec 18 2018, 02:51) What I don't really know is this: the forum, and how to use it/use it best. Everything below mag is either selfuse or bazaar/salvage material (most mags and some legs too). Get yourself monsterbation (optimised fighting), hv utils (comes with quick salvage buttons), live persentile ranges and smart search scripts, for most questions check wiki, forum works better with specific questions.

for your main weapon, if you find some nice exquisite prefixed rapier of slaughter with STR PAB, you could soulfuse it for temporary solution... it's better than trying to wait for your preferred weapon which you'll never know when you got it... even I used this Exquisite Rapier of Slaughter before I bought my current weapon around Lv. 250++... of course you should try to send the rapier to Free Simple IW service at WTS before you soulfuse it... and for your unused equipments, you could try to ask here to get some credits...

some tips: - use your ability points and slot your abilities (I played the first 100 levels without them, because I didn't know) - use scripts. Monsterbation is essential. - check the HV Advice page of the wiki - when you start creating monsters: funny monster names are a joy forever. I've sent you some stuff to repair your gear to help you on your wayy.

(IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) There are plenty of Exquisites and even Superiors that have some sale value at his level. And if I stopped buying Superiors it's only because players are usually too high of a level when they first come to forums, not because the equipments are bad.

It's bad advice for those who care about low level equips, most players are better off leveling than getting extra 10k per month (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
