I would say no because you can easily replace this equipment with a better one.
Also, actually you don't really need Jug5 for 1H style, especially if you only play arenas.

Not worth it to reforge. Amnesias are expensive, that piece isn't particularly powerful, health doesn't matter a lot and with some luck you will get the next two levels in Jugg.

So how long does it actually take after reaching 500 to get all the bonus PA? I mean it had allready six weeks and there are still three of them left and it is not as if i would not play or dont get any artifacts. It this normal or am i just unlucky?

Chow, it is just chow, not low grade as if edible or cuisine would in some way boost your monster. And what do you mean by best? Easiest? Most efficient? Cheapest?

And of what stock are we actually talking about? Because i have around 21k and never actually cared about it, so i doubt that there a people out there who dont have even much, much more of them. You want more? Easy, play the game, they drop. You want even more? Train scavenger and play even more. You want to reduce the amount your monster do eat? Just get a few monster above PL and give them Edibles. You want a lot chow right now? Just buy them, they are fucking cheap, i wouldnt even be surprised if some shop give some of them away for free.

It takes time. I did play a lot when I reached lv500 and it took me a couple of months. Then suddenly, you're done - you'll see.

im confused
so ive opened 5 monsters
and leveled them to lv100~120
and filled morale and hunger full
it doesnt seem to be bringing any items often

anyone be willing to give me some tips and explain somethings i need to know about

Just leave your mons be and don't let them starve. That's all you can do. Don't ty to raise them by feeding them truckloads of crystals: it's not profitable. So feed them crystals only to keep their morale in the green. They'll eventually bring in more mid-grades instead of low-grades.

Monster bring items every 3 days or when the win a fight. Monsters almost never win (how often have you been killed by some random monster for example?), so just assume every monster brings home something every 3 days, don't expect any more than that.

In general - keep their morale/hunger green, lvl them either up to lvl 25, 500 or 750 (or keep all 25 while spending rest on 1 favorite monster) and spend all chaos tokens on unlocking more monster slots. Best upgrade for monster lab is gold star donation (also works with credits) - double monster slots and half morale/hunger drain

It's not important if there is no matching, but I'd say fire for heavy armor and cold for light (or just check status effects on wiki to decide for yourself)

for future reference when I get better equipment, what should I do when faced the same situation (Jug3 with two potencies left)???
should I reforge or it just better to gamble???

For IWBTH I sometimes one-turn-killed by the monsters, but sometimes I passed the whole level.......
Should I still try IWBTH for better equipment or just play nightmare or hard, and buy the equipment for the others?
I do not know when I should go into more difficult levels...........

Magnificents or legendaries are rare for you level, so play at lower difficulty.

Play at the hardest difficulty possible, even if you die once in a while it's okay because at your level the penalty for dying is low. Try to do the shorter arenas at PFUDOR and IWBTH.
