I've tried a bit: MagNet is really, really handy against FSM or the dragons at PFUDOR difficulty.

big depr trio for big bosses:
magnet + silence + imperil

funny than another 6 depr spells sooooooo useless
i think, nobody ever cast them at any level

orbital cannon
and it cost 8 round thingies

my question is
how do one hand shield melee characters fight?
do they fight with spirit stance on?
but if i use Orbital skill spirit stance goes byebye because it cost so much roundthingies...

also
im fighting on nintendo difficulty x10
i thought onehand shielders could run 20x
but seems if total mobs are like above 5 i get killed
any tips??

Yes.

Only for a short time, just activate the stance when you have again enough overcharhe to do so.

It depends on a lot of things. Your level, your stat distribution, quality of your equipment, if you're using plate or power armor...
Without knowing the details, in your case I'd recommend to level up a bit, then try again.

Easy, just hover your mousecursor above the equipment you want a link of and press c. You browser may ask you if you want to allow a pop up and in that case you just say yes. HV will than create a pop-up with the that equipment and your link is of course that of the pop-up.

Afaik it has no affect on Draught/Potion/Elixir only the regeneration, which of course also exclude regen.
No, a Gold Star dont give you any ingame bonus except for an XP Bonus, but it will not help you in any way to be stronger.

Hm? Tbh i have never read that page. But i have never heard nor noticed a 50% regeneration bonus. So i am not actually sure about that. And what is that with those catgirl levels? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) I wouldnt be suprised if this page would be quite outdated. But just as you, i can be wrong. Can someone actually conform the rengeration bonus? A stupid question here but can I block monsters' attacks if I use armors with "Shielding" prefix but without using a shield? (Such as 2H Heavy armor)

you use those for OFC and stay on spirit stance when waiting for it's cooldown (50 is a looong cooldown, enough to clear 1-2 rounds of 7+ enemies)

any style could play on PF (20x), it's just that 1h could do it earlier than other style, because it's having more reliable damage avoidance (parry, block, and the possibility of stunning enemy with counter, even evade and resist if you use light armors).
By earlier doesn't means 1h could always do PF, around level 300 is where I believe the general point where everyone could play PF using 1h consistently on any battle except clearing grindfest, earlier if you could obtain decent equipment.

yep

you just can't counter if you're not on 1h as counter is exclusive to 1h fighting style (like offhand strike for dw and domino strike for 2h)

On the other hand I think it's very likely that you get that bonus.

If we follow the wiki to calc spirit regen for example; Every point invested in any attribute = +1/600.

My total points are 3716, so my spirit regen would be +6.2 spirit regen per tick. 6.2 + 50% = 9.3. My stat page shows +10. There is a chance that I failed at some point or I'm not factoring something else so, I'm going to say it again "I would like a confirmation". I'm not saying that I'm correct, just that I think that the bonus is there.

Because regeneration in general is rather small, so as mage with SS you hardly see it effects, but some 1H players with 3 autocast spells can easily notice it as positive-negative mana surplus

Hehe~ Well, Fudo Masamune said he has it (Post #6188). Btw, if GS truly gives that bonus I would want to know if it's exactly the same as RR bonus, and if they stack, too (and "how" if that is the case). Too many questions...
