QUOTE(decondelite) I've been through that moment near Lvl300-350 with the exact same issues than you. In particular, I had a very, very hard time going till IW100 for my first Peerless Power parts
2) Further than spirit draught, then spirit potion, I do have cracked a few spirit elixirs in extreme situations. 5) I haven't done it myself, but maybe you could slip in a Plate of Protection in your set I'm in good shape now, I'm just sensitive to ouchies more than most people and I tend to imagine "what if there were 1~2 levels more difficulty than this" or "what if I had to fight against other players?" Due to such scenarios I tend to obsess over spirit and mana drain. Even if they no longer matter, I remember when they used to. I only use 0~1 spirit draughts in most arenas (and drop way more) and I'll probably eventually use none at all. I used to have to use spirit potions in PFUDOR IW occasionally. Never used an elixir (if I had to I would be dead because I don't have much Pack Rat). I still have plate in my signature. I've never worn power boots in my life. I'm waiting for the right pieces to come along.

Hello, I have a question about upgrading my monster's PLs. So far, I've only been giving my monsters crystals to keep their morale up, but I want to start upgrading them more. I have 16 monsters total. Would I be better off upgrading them one-by-one, or upgrading them all evenly? My goal is to (hopefully) upgrade them so they can start bringing me more gifts. I want them to stand a better chance of winning battles (which I know is probably only going to rise from 1% to 2% or even less) as well as the exp and loot drop bonuses they give. My instinct is to upgrade them one-by-one, because of the important power level milestones, but when do I stop upgrading one and move on to the next? Right now I have 16 monsters total. One at lvl 204, 5 between lvl 100-150, and 10 between lvl 25-50. How high should I upgrade my highest before switching to the next one in line? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) First of all: best return on investment is many low level monsters of aroung lv25. 16 seems a low number. But if you insist, for e-penis contest reasons: first go to lv 700 so you have a better chance of high-grades but stay under the expensive food limit. Then after that go for lv 1100, then they regularly appear in grindfests, where people flee from.

QUOTE(jeddite-eht @ Oct 28 2018, 08:12) -snip- I do have upgraded all my monsters that way (never used any happy pill), and frankly you should keep it that way. Once you have many of them, you end up noticing that they grow too fast. Even by giving them crystals only to keep their morale up, they end up eating quite a lot of them. I even have to run a few PFFESTS from time to time to keep my stock of crystals afloat. To my personal taste, I find that they start costing a noticeable amount of crystals above 10 upgrades in a primary stat, 20 in an elemental mit stat. Long story short: you really don't want them to have a high PL. Not only because of crystals, but because of monster food aswell. The stocks of edibles/cuisine take a very hard hit if you don't have your drop trainings maxed out.

Okay, it looks like it's going to be better to just keep my monsters as-is. Thanks to both of you for the advice! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

I want to disagree partial. I mean of course it wouldnt be the best idea to bring now all your monster above the 750 and have just monster who eat Cuisine. But it is imo much easier to feet all your monster when you are able to feed them all three foods. I still remember when i just had a shittone of Edibles monster. No chow, no Cuisine and it didnt feeled good while Chow and Cuisine was pilling up while Edibles were just fading out and how happy i was when i finaly created a cuisine monster to spare my edible pile a bit. And of course just let any new monster at the chow for that time.

1) is there a reason for a lower leveled player to play on higher difficulty than Nintendo (as wiki said about loot drop rate), especially in cleared arenas? 2) Do you get higher quality drops as player lever increases? I mean I have neve met anything higher than exquisite until my level. And everybody is selling Peerless/Legendary equipments that I can only hope on getting :/ 3) How do you farm credits "properly"? I have only saved like 300k c that I want to convert into Hath for Innate Arcana, but then... I can only afford one slot. (Do you do Precursor Offering for the hope of getting Energy Drinks?) 4) Is there any importance of soulbinding (and even IW-ing) equipment early on the level? My DW equips are Legendary Demonic Club of BalanceExquisite Shocking Wakizashi of the Nimbleand I am not even sure whether I need to move on with higher leveled equip or just continue on (since those equips were given from certain freeshop years ago) In some cases I can IWBTH daily encounters, but not in long-winding arenas. Thank you for answering, experts!

More income. More XP. More and better drops. So if you actually can play on PFUDOR play on PFUDOR. There is except the first round of IW no real reason to play lower difficulties. So just play on the highest difficulty you can play on and still have fun play the game. QUOTE(thegodgame @ Oct 28 2018, 12:20) 2) Do you get higher quality drops as player lever increases? No, you level has absolutly nothing to do with the quality of your drops in any way. That is all just just depending of your training and/or difficulty. Well, except Peerl, every single equipment drop has a very low chance to be a Peer. And it may look like everybody is stelling Peerl, but i just three Peerl drops myself during the entire game. So that they are rare is quite normal. QUOTE(thegodgame @ Oct 28 2018, 12:20) 3) How do you farm credits "properly"? Higher Difficulty does mean more credits from everything. And i am here just talking about just credits. You can also make quite a bit of credits by selling stuff you can spare. Which does also includes the stuff you get from monsterlab. Well, IA I allready good, dont rush yourself too much. One perk after another. When you increase your income which you will over time, 50 hath will no longer look like that much, as it does right now to you. And no, not just, i also hope for Bonus PA, and i am actually allready that much used to just shrine them, somehow i doubt i will ever be able to sell them even if i would want that. QUOTE(thegodgame @ Oct 28 2018, 12:20) 4) Is there any importance of soulbinding (and even IW-ing) equipment early on the level?
Oh yes, there is. Soulfuse you equipment makes it level with you. And just look at your equipment. You have allreadey outlevel those two weapons by nearly 100 level. You soulfuse them will improve your damage by quite a bit. And fully IW your weapon will give you an additional strike, which will also increase your damage by quite a bit. But it is at your level with your equipment not worth it to target for a really good IW. So you really shouldnt waste anmesia shards by reforging them, just go with whatever you get and go for the additional strike. QUOTE(thegodgame @ Oct 28 2018, 12:20) In some cases I can IWBTH daily encounters, but not in long-winding arenas.
Dont worry, that is normal at your level and with your equipment and will get better when you level up and get better equipment. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

are you saying that I can soulfuse the equips, but don't bother IW-ing them, until I reached ~insert random level that I'd probably take ages to achieve~ and find another "worthy" equipment? Or do I just move on to common Superior-level equip close to my level, instead? I have fair amount of superior staffs but I heard there aren't any perks of being mage pre-310. thanks for elaborating, Uncle Stu!

Well, IW and soulfusing are two completly different things. So yes, you could just soulfuse and never IW them. But IW your equipment would still be a good way to give your weapons an additional Void Strike and also increase your damage. QUOTE(thegodgame @ Oct 28 2018, 13:06) Or do I just move on to common Superior-level equip close to my level, instead?
No, why should you? QUOTE(thegodgame @ Oct 28 2018, 13:06) I have fair amount of superior staffs but I heard there aren't any perks of being mage pre-310.
Yeah, you really should not go mage with superior stuff or at your level. Even high level mages are just Glass Cannons. But with superior stuff and your level a mage is nothing but glass. QUOTE(thegodgame @ Oct 28 2018, 13:06) thanks for elaborating, Uncle Stu!

Have a look at the Free shop for equipment you might be able to use, don't forget to read the rules though.

Can someone explain this pic from the wiki: https://ehwiki.org/wiki/File:Crystal_packs_vs_PL.pngWhat is the "bonus"? And are the crystal packs cumulative? As in, it takes 9 packs to get plvl 549 and 2 more (11 total) for 567? This post has been edited by KamuiSeph: Oct 30 2018, 06:03

I want to ask about Luck of the Draw training
1. "Armor Only: Rarity Chance is multiplied directly by Luck of the Draw training (up to +25%)"
Does that mean weapons drop doesn't get affected by LotD? And by that does that mean it only affect Armor, I. Type and Restorative drop?
2. "Grindfest and Item World have a fixed "rare drop" decrease modifier for artifact and token drop rates at Nightmare and lower difficulties. "
Does that mean, if I play on PFUDOR difficulty there won't be any drawback?
And one other question is about Grindfest. "Stamina: Costs 1 stamina upfront to enter." Does that mean the cost of completing 1000 rounds of GF is 21 stamina instead of 20 mmm...~?

afaik Phase/Power/Shade are considered 'rare' equip, katana and waki was also considered as one but demoted as normal weapon since about 2-3 patch ago, now none of the weapon are 'rare' weapon that got increased chance from lotd. according to the drop roll chart, then yes. on artifact and token, yeah, though it doesn't affect the 1/4 credits drop. and yeah 21. This post has been edited by Fudo Masamune: Oct 30 2018, 19:03
