Now that I'm on an actual computer instead of using a phone while stuck in traffic, want to add a bit more color on this. Once you pick an element, you should stick to using it because the elemental damage bonus multipliers (from staff and phase armor) as well as your choice of abilities (which affects number of targets hit) make that element much stronger than others. Elemental damage bonus alone should mean you do about 3 times as much damage with that element compared to others, and you should not have spell cooldown issues even with just one element.

For proficiency, as mentioned, cottons of the elementalist are what you need. You can take a look at my signature for cap and robes that are giving me elemental proficiency.

Well i guess in such a case no one would win and the lottery would just go to the next piece of equipment. But i am not sure that will happen in the next time. Some people do actually collect even "shitty" peerl. Just like others collect obsoletes.

I disagree, Elemental spell cycle is best for 2 solid reasons: 1. Spell Cool-down. 2. Lowered Resistance Effect.
I do Elements in 4 cycle order of Lowered Resistance Effect.
My spike shield (wind) has the chance to bestow "Turbulent Air', 'The air around the target has been upset, blowing up dust and increasing its miss chance. Elec resistance is lowered. As does Wind spells.
So after weakening and imperiling my targets, I begin the 4 Elemental spell cycle:
1. Cast Electric spell them, (because many have lowered resistance because of hitting my spike shield & it is my most powerful spell), which effects many with 'Deep Burns': 'Internal damage causes slower reactions and lowers evade and resist chance. Fire resistance is lowered.
2. So I then hit them with Fire spells , which effects many with 'Searing Skin', 'The skin of the target has been scorched, inhibiting its attack damage. Cold resistance is lowered.'
3. So I hit them with Cold spells, which effects many with 'Freezing Limbs', 'The limbs of the target have been frozen, causing slower movement. Wind resistance is lowered.'
4. So i hit them with Wind spells, which effects many with "Turbulent Air' ~Elec resistance is lowered. (end of cycle)

Now I still have at least 2 rnd of waiting for Elementals to cool down so I cast Divine which effects many with Breached Defense', 'The holy attack has penetrated the target defenses, making it take more damage. Dark resistance is lowered.' So I cast Forbidden spell.
Now Elementals Have cooled down, and I start all over again.

If it's for fun then go ahead.
But imperil mages kill all monsters in 1~3 shoots, as long as your imperil hits them. It's an OFC style. You don't need just a little more lowered resistance.
If you have 0.78 prof factor, you can already eliminate all elemental resistance by casting imperils on monsters. The highest mitigation is 75%, but with 0.68 prof factor elementalists can already erase 68% mitigation.
Lastly, your phases in which provide most of your spell damage only gives you spell damage of one element.

using the right setup, any T1 spell will deal more damage than whatever bonus damage coming from those -25 elemental mitigation.

which means

1. you don't actually need to care about cool-down by spamming T1 spell while waiting for T2/T3 spell cooldown
2. whatever time spent micromanaging the spell status effect exploit are wasted time compared to watching T1 spell steadily melt the enemies.

but yeah, if that's only for fun, then it's your choice.

not sure whether you're serious or not, but since you're a coder, better to tell you.

if you haven't noted that yet, battles are server-sync - which means whatever you're doing in a tab will soon be synced in the other one. so no chance to farm that way. and just in case, i guess that would be seen from the server as 2 or 3 actions in the same turn at worse or an attempt to circumvent the 4 t/s limit at best, which is a good step to the one-way road to the moon.

random fluctuations. balance is usually positive (or more chance for that to be) if your PABs from artifacts are maxed.

as far as i know, that's the hardcap, but i've never seen it myself either. maybe some 3.1-3.2 on first arena...

I don't know in which Bundesland you live. I'm in Bayern and I can reach 3 t/s if use 1H Melee or play Mage in FSM.

So fellas, I'm wondering what is the best way to get more, better drops without spending too many credits? My stats are:

Scavenger 18/50
Luck of the Draw 8/25
Quartermaster 7/20
Archaeologist 2/10

I've had maybe 4 Leg drops and no Peer drops in my entire 363 levels. Which ones of these are the best to invest into, if any? Most bang for your buck, as it goes. So far every so often I'll sell my entire batch of useless equips and make 90, 100k, so I've been putting that back into the Quartermaster every so often. What do you guys think?

Those are sane levels in my opinion. The roi of higher levels isn't that great, only invest more when doing so doesn't hurt your wallet. But well that is just my opinion.

There is no "the best" one. They give you roughly the same benefits.
Trainings are always credit sinks. People say they don't regret training them, but I hear so many people who have maxed them cry about their drops.

I say archeologist to 5 or 6 first, then quartermaster and Scavenger, then luck of the draw. Gradually train them to 50% evenly, then 70%, then 80%. That's enough.

Archeologist and quartermaster offer you stable income. My archeologist is 7/10. I get 12~13 PAs on average everyday, minus one energy drink(consider 4.5PAs). That's 180k net gain everyday, only from sales of precursor artifacts.

LotD does no boost instantly. Some players have their 1st peerless drop long after lv450s even though they've maxed all 4 training. So equipment drops are more luck than stable income. They are not investment that gives instant return for sure.

Train Quartermaster as much as possible because that will enable to have much more equipment drops.
