QUOTE(Fudo Masamune @ Aug 29 2018, 19:44) if the choice is only soulfuse or replace, I would prefer soulfusing the mag ethereal slaughter than replacing it with the leg nimble. Looking at the base atk, with a little care it should be as good as mid-low percentile leg rapier of slaughter, you could still push it further by upgrading the atk and parry to lvl 5, pretty cheap option. also another option is IW it aiming for lvl 5 butcher+whatever other prof. the problem is the lack of str and low parry, the parry could be pushed higher for a little bit more by upgrade (binding of nimble and hg metals aren't that expensive), but the lack of str will have it's toll sooner of later.
so, if possible, looking for a some leg slaughter is preferable. I'm seeing two low ADB leg rapier of slaughter on super's next auction, maybe you could snatch one, past auctions shows that range sold for 50~200k.
Thanks a lot for this, but I'm currently lv 300 and most of the good auction item is about lv 400 or more. So should I temporary use a low-mid tier to go to lv 400, because I don't know how long will it take to reach lv 400 and 500. This post has been edited by Snowfoxrb: Aug 29 2018, 16:12

one from the next auction is lvl 362. and reaching lvl 400 isn't that far away from lvl 300. btw for reference, as far as I could remember I was using this until mid 300, then switch to this until maybe late 300 or early 400. and they works fine (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) if you use the live percentile script (or other equipment script if there's any) you could see that the base ADB and parry of those weapons are actually worse than your current mag rapier. Not that long in comparison from going from 400 to 500, but it's still a long while. I was getting about a level a day from 300 to 350. Now it's around a level every two days. I don't go out of my way to level up at all (Adept Learner 120/300, and unlikely to ever increase) but I do all the arenas everyday. It'll take some months probably

yeah, that's about right, I just skim through my old post and found this QUOTE It took me less than a month to reach lvl 300, and another 6 months to reach 380... that was years ago lol.

QUOTE(DJNoni @ Aug 29 2018, 02:36) - next update will probably change equipment enhancement through Item World. Wow, Staff Lv.10 potency finally!!! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) (Maybe completely revamp? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) ) QUOTE(DJNoni @ Aug 29 2018, 02:36) - next patch will probably not make gear obsolete, as he acknowledged that many players have invested heavily in their gear. Great!!! man... just think about... those guys that... spent 300+ millions on a single Savage Slaughter piece (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif) QUOTE(DJNoni @ Aug 29 2018, 02:36) - he knows that many LV 500 players would like a lv500-only challenge. We will probably get that eventually but it is not known if that is in the next patch or just somewhere deep at the bottom of a backlog. Yay! excited about that!!! (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (in a very patient way, of course) QUOTE(decondelite @ Aug 29 2018, 03:36) If what he said regarding galleries is definitely true, I don't hold what he said long ago regarding the updating of HV as a given. I was there when he said that he doesn't like how the IW works and that he'd "probably do something someday", but he hasn't said any more than just that. So let's not jump to conclusions, be too excited about what upcoming (or not), and just (not) wait for the update. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) Haha... and what about "Acessories" and "Jewelry", it was patch 0.3 or so when he mentioned those (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Just curious, what happens when you reach lv 500? Does your stat increase more, and what about Proficiency? If I play melee to reach lv 500 then can I switch to mage at lv 500?

You'll become a wizard. QUOTE Does your stat increase more, and what about Proficiency? If I play melee to reach lv 500 then can I switch to mage at lv 500?
Some people say you'll start feeling the urge to become a sassy man in a robe around ~400. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

afaik exp (for the base stats) stopped, but you still able to get exp for proficiency and it goes on until 600. So yeah, you could change anytime. This post has been edited by Fudo Masamune: Aug 29 2018, 20:18

I have a question about monster edible drops from monsters so which difficulty makes it easier to get them?

Hm, not sure if difficulty has actually an effect on the sort of monster food you get. This is at least something i never have looked at. But of course higher difficulty means mostly more loot overall because of higher monster PL. But when it has an effect, i would guess higher is better. And i would also think that the Scavenger and Luck of the Draw does also help with this. Scavenger for the overall dropchance and Luck for of course better chance to get less chow and more from the better ones. Why do you ask, do you have problems to get enough edibles?

https://ehwiki.org/wiki/Monster_Lab#FoodMaybe on IWBTH or higher? give the 'best' drop spread between chow/edibles/cuisine if you aim for edibles and cuisine as it's stated that they got same 30%-30% chance from food drop roll.

My two monsters eat way more monster edibles that I can get from drops. Monsters keep dropping monster chows a whole lot more than edibles and cuisine. I got 75 monster edibles and 500+ monster chows. I also have an even bigger problem with happy pills too which drop even less. This post has been edited by PersonaFan08: Aug 29 2018, 20:38

You have problems to feed just two monsters? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) I have more than 120 and i have absolutly no problem at all to keep them feed and happy. And when it comes to drops, higher difficulty is allways better. No matter what sort of drop. And i would also guess you really should train some scavenger. What is your scavenger training level?

It's level 25.
I've been giving up on going higher for a while to increase drop training on artifacts and on Assimilator.

You have problems, while having scavenger trained to 25, to get the food for two monster? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) How much do you play on a regular day? The first two arena and call it a day? Tbh i am really confused by this and not sure what to say. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Well, all i could tell you is that playing more rounds overall would give you of course more edibles and pills. When you with such a decent level of scavenger has problems i doubt another level or two would solve the problem without to play a bit more rounds. And i am sure playing a few more rounds would solve the problem even without any more training.
Or now that i did think about it, just trade the monster food you dont have any use for with others that have. I mean just in case you dont just want to buy some edibles.

Finish the very first arena on pfudor. Sell the (most probably average) clear bonus you get to the equipment shop. Should earn you enough credits to buy several day's worth of monster food in the item shop. Repeat as needed.

It truly is that simple. Every couple days I sell my entire stock of worthless equip drops to the bazaar and clear well, well over 100k. Play an arena, sell like 4 dang schoolgirl trophies, will buy you a shiteload of chow.
