After a nice new staff and advice from magiclamp thanks,
I looked into my proficiency factor.

My Elemental Effective Proficiency is 431 / 323 = 1.33 (Elem. Pro.factor)
I don't understand why my elemental is so low I've been doing Elemental exclusively since lvl 50, casting elec/fire/cold/wind and heal repeat...
Something is very wrong! I should have 10:1 elemental proficiency over the rest!
Is it possible I've lost some proficiency/ratio over the years of updates?

Also I've been all Cloth and Staff for at least 250 if not 300 levels!
If Heavy armor is 259, I think I did once just to see back at lvl 10 for a battle, then Cloth should be 100,000 times more if not a million!

That rapier sucks, buy a decent legendary rapier of slaughter immediately. You don't need to aim for low level rapiers that are more expensive. At your level you can access the majority of cheap rapiers around level 400+ and soulfuse them, assuming you have the typical amount of soul fragments. A pretty decent legendary ethereal rapier of slaughter last week sold for just 50k at auction.

if the choice is only soulfuse or replace, I would prefer soulfusing the mag ethereal slaughter than replacing it with the leg nimble.
Looking at the base atk, with a little care it should be as good as mid-low percentile leg rapier of slaughter, you could still push it further by upgrading the atk and parry to lvl 5, pretty cheap option. also another option is IW it aiming for lvl 5 butcher+whatever other prof. the problem is the lack of str and low parry, the parry could be pushed higher for a little bit more by upgrade (binding of nimble and hg metals aren't that expensive), but the lack of str will have it's toll sooner of later.

so, if possible, looking for a some leg slaughter is preferable. I'm seeing two low ADB leg rapier of slaughter on super's next auction, maybe you could snatch one, past auctions shows that range sold for 50~200k.

Thanks a lot for this, but I'm currently lv 300 and most of the good auction item is about lv 400 or more. So should I temporary use a low-mid tier to go to lv 400, because I don't know how long will it take to reach lv 400 and 500.

Not that long in comparison from going from 400 to 500, but it's still a long while. I was getting about a level a day from 300 to 350. Now it's around a level every two days. I don't go out of my way to level up at all (Adept Learner 120/300, and unlikely to ever increase) but I do all the arenas everyday. It'll take some months probably

It took me less than a month to reach lvl 300, and another 6 months to reach 380...

afaik exp (for the base stats) stopped, but you still able to get exp for proficiency and it goes on until 600.

So yeah, you could change anytime.

Hm, not sure if difficulty has actually an effect on the sort of monster food you get. This is at least something i never have looked at. But of course higher difficulty means mostly more loot overall because of higher monster PL. But when it has an effect, i would guess higher is better. And i would also think that the Scavenger and Luck of the Draw does also help with this. Scavenger for the overall dropchance and Luck for of course better chance to get less chow and more from the better ones. Why do you ask, do you have problems to get enough edibles?

You have problems to feed just two monsters? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) I have more than 120 and i have absolutly no problem at all to keep them feed and happy. And when it comes to drops, higher difficulty is allways better. No matter what sort of drop. And i would also guess you really should train some scavenger. What is your scavenger training level?

It's level 25.

I've been giving up on going higher for a while to increase drop training on artifacts and on Assimilator.
