Yes, extra block is pretty useful. Also, 75% PM to 71.6% PM is actually a noticeable difference (13.6% more physical damage taken). That being said, I have to be careful with 7-10 monster waves too even with haste on later IW as well (though not arenas) so the difference probably not that big.

Question for myself:

Is Counter-parry actually useful? I notice when I switched to a rapier without any, my overall parry basically was unchanged, and my "Counter Attack on Block/Parry" remained at 75%. My assumption is that County Parry from Overpower increases the Counter Attack on Block/Parry but it's capped at 75% regardless, so it is essentially useless.

Counterparry is a % chance that you ignore a monster's successful parry, which is pretty worthless for 1h because overwhelming strikes gives 20% per stack of it anyways, and is very good for DW because it doesn't have overwhelming strikes.

+ Support spells cast with Spirit Channeling have much longer effect: I get Arcane Focus for 715 rounds when channeling, and 245 rounds of regen. And 60 rounds of imperil.

+ never-miss targeting. When Sp. Sc. is on, your imperil will hit always.

+ No mana consumption (or, 1 mana iirc, but thats negligible).

+ Mo damage for offensive spells.

When I activate Spirit Channeling (or Spirit Stance, whichever is correct), I noticed that the charges decreases over time. Is this normal? And why is that?

Actually, no, Overpower is not useless for 1H. It doesn't increase the DPS as much as Fatality, it's true, but it's certainly not useless. Keep in mind that you do not have Overwhelming Strikes on at all times, and likewise monsters are not stunned at all times either. Considering that Fatality 5 boosts your overall DPS by only 3% for a 50% crit chance 55% crit damage, one should definitely not waste his amnesia shards due to Overpower potencies instead of Fatality.

If one wants more DPS, one forges, period. It's way less expensive than spending dozens of amnesia shards.

Not to mention that we're not safe from Tenbro going on a rampage against 1H's broken procs that make high difficulty game excessively easy compared to other playstyles. He doesn't have a keen eye on low level players being geared with full Magnificent/Legendary.

Yes, because it consumes charges every turn, you get more charge every time you block or parry.
If you play 1 hand with Rapier/Shortsword/Wakizashi+ forged shield, you can sustain spirit stance permanently.

Quick question about Holy non imperil style mage on IW,GF:

With prof gain by staff + robe only, did anyone found out that how the performance (total turns) would be affected by different prof factor like 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 and 0.8?

Another question - I'm assuming I should use reforge service on [alt.hentaiverse.org] Legendary Tempestuous Rapier of Slaughter - too few butcher, swift strike useless, and overpower also not the best. Given that this is likely an interim rapier (I think I got it for like 80k), what would you say is the minimum potency for me to not bother reforging? I'm thinking 3+ butcher and no more than 1 swift strike?

not more than 0 swift strike. sum of but + fat = 7 seems like a minimum to me.
