And i would upgrade the block chance to the max that is possible for you. Block chance is allways worth the cost.

Yeah, understand attack speed not ideal, partly suboptimal IW on rapier, and partly just too many agility PABs on equipment. Currently I need haste on later rounds of IW anyways, so probably not too much of a concern until I'm stronger.

Updated stats after swapping out body armor, big difference on attack damage! Accuracy a bit over 200%, but should be fine after I swap balance rapier for slaughter.

Yeah, the IW of that fiery rapier is really not the best, but i didnt say something because you said that you are IWing that Tempestuous rapier. Best IW for 1H has only butcher and fatality, and if you want to know, optimimal IW for low damage like your damage would be Fat 5 But 4. But later on with high damage that would change to But 5 Fat 4. But in the end both are good. Ignore accuracy, i never did actually care about that stat since playing 1H.

shoes with 72% EProf are good enough as the last step before the endgame equip?

72% Eprof shoes are enough for end-game as well. But then you'd want charged, probably.

Why would you do that? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) But if you really want, upgrade accuracy of your equipent. Upgrade Dex. Increase your prof. Alltogether and it should help you to reach 200% quite soon.

I know that my own equipment is beyond norms (bunch of Peerless) but... I already have 197.6% hit chance with my slaughter 1H weapon thanks to the weapon forging and my armor forged DEX. So at your level it should be easy.

For 1H Jug 5 doesn't help you play faster, I can play through PFUDOR Fest with my 5 Mag Power Armor of Slaughter with only 5 Forge and without any Jug without even once Full-Cure. So I recommand saving the Shards for End-Game Gears.

1h is pretty cheap if you aren't trying to min max.

yeah, a good staff could reach 0.68 without cotton I guess... you'll need some assimilator, though!
