I have no interest in becoming a holy or dark mage so my only other options are 2h which I might do as a fourth play style but don't count on it or DW.

I might not even do a fourth playstyle and can't do the other two playstyles regardless right now because I only have weapons for niten but no armor and less than half of a wind mage set.

This. I really suggest to just play one playstyle. At least until you can play with that any arena on pfudor for the income. Then you could look out for a second one you want to play.

I have been only playing with just one playstyle right now and that's 1h since playing HV.

I'm sticking with just that until level 400 or 500 when hopefully I can at the very least go mage too.

savage gives crit damage. around +3~5 more, depending on slot and quality tier.

Additional crit damage bonus. With Savage armor your crits make more damage.

Last time was also a demonic rapier with 90%adb and 60%parry. Almost the same price. Yea 2.5m is too cheap for an end-game rapier...Players has realized how slow melees are compared to mages

I use it all the time. I have around 1100+ magic points and I pretty much just keep mana draughts on the entire time I'm in the arena. Especially in the SG arenas, I literally can't stomach going through them without it. Mostly I'm asking to see if this is something people do. Or if I'm just making up for my kind of crappy shortsword weapon. I have no credits and I really don't know jack shit about IW. Mostly I'm just wondering if I'm playing the game in some retarded way or not.

Against SG and the FSM of course. Against normal enemy only to get some prof.

Ehm, shortsword is not really a good weapon at all. You should use a rapier. Penetrated Armor is just a so much better debuff as Bleeding Wound ever could hope to be. Well, optimal IW for a 1H weapon would look like B5F4 or B4F5. Which one of them is the best depends on your damage. Is your damage low, the higher crit damage of B4F5 gives you an overall better bonus. If your damage is high, you benefid more from B5F4.

Most 1h players don't use imperil, but imperil does increase your damage and decrease turns needed to finish rounds, as I had some tests when I was melee. No matter what you use, shortsword or rapier, imperil always make you faster. It's just a matter if you want to press some extra buttons.
