can i ask

at what percentage of the condition equipment especially rapier, shield, and heavy armors they are economically repaired to save materials for future repairing

Question about rapier of slaughter vs of balance. Balance has considerably higher crit chance and hit chance which applies to the total damage while slaughter's bonus is just on adb of the rapier itself, could a good balance rapier be a decent replacement for a slaughter? I guess forging will favor the slaughter more?

due to how *much* better ADB scales with level and forging if compared to crit, and how they are added to the overall stats, i guess that as a general hint slaughter should be preferred.

maybe on offhand a very good balance may be better, but still...

Only when you compare low damage rapiers. The more damage we are talking about, the more is higher damage to be prefered above crit chance. Because it gives you in the end much more.

Thanks for the encouraging words. The only reason I own the "Untradeable" Magnificent Power Armor of Protection is because last Saint Patrick's Day, due to intoxication, I "accidentally" bazaared it instead of sending it to auction as intended. Being pissed off, as well as pissed, I turned around and bought it back. It's mine now so I better put it to work. Hence, do a heavy build. Btw, this is the helmet I currently use with light armor: Peerless Cobalt Shade Helmet of the Fleet. I't was also a drop.

Scraps Needed = 1 + rounddown((100 - condition%) / quality_mod
The required number of cells for repair will always be 1/3rd the amount of scrap.

So I would say just repair at whatever number that make (100-condition)/quality_mod a whole number that is divisible by 3. Frankly, I don't care though, I just repair when one piece goes under 60%

I recently bought a staff from super's auction and I'm thinking about forging it so my question is if I forge my staff to have more magic damage for example will the number of how much magic damage I already have will also change and increase to reflect that?

Which stats are possible to increase from forging a staff at the forge?

Yes. Let's say your staff has 1000 magic damage. After forging a little, you check and see it now has 1200 magic damage with the text Magical Damage Lv.69 under Upgrades and Enchantments

I am not sure if I should invest in training right now (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) so I would like compare mine with ones of peers. I ppl have spent too less in training

I put all mine to half of max level (~3.3m) and I usually get a Leg drop every 1-2 days just doing all arenas. Most of those are probably from DwD clears though. Archeologist is pretty noticeable. With 1 level I got around 4-5 artifacts per day, and with 5 levels I usually get 6-7 per day.

But you know that this has nothing to do with training but with difficulty? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) With Quartermaster 0/20 and playing on PFUDOR will give you more Leg as playing with Quartermaster 20/20 on normal. I mean playing DwD on PFUDOR alone, does guarantee you at least a Mag drop at the end just because DwD on PFUDOR.

Of course. No one at his level is playing on anything lower than PFUDOR (at least, I hope not). But training does have an impact. More Scavenger and Quartermaster means more drops. More drops means more chances to get Legs. And then more Luck of the Draw means slightly more common rare drops (Phase, Power, Force, Shade). The effect may not be huge, but in my opinion it's worth it. But before training those three, I would train Archeologist. It's got the fastest return on investment from what I've observed.
