but i stopped playing for some time, and now i am not sure which of the shields is better, regarding BC mainly (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
i guess it shoudl be the second one, iirc i bought it somewhere probably O:)

More dex means more parry for counters, but they both have agility and you can't soulfuse the second one until at least level 363, so you might as well wait for a str-dex-end shield to upgrade into later instead of sidegrading into that one.

yeah i know they are both shite, but im unsure which has better base block value, because of the upgrades on the first one (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
nowhere near fusing that anyway, have very little shards since i didnt play, and also have some better stuff to fuse too

Via wiki formulas: the base block is 37.4, or about 61% compared to the other shield's 94%. Mag max is 36.47, so it's not totally shite (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Simple: there is no direct relation between both. One great way to understand this, is to check how low the price for 2H is, while these things drop much less frequently than 1H.

The Funktion of Economizer today is saving your MP Potions, but it's not that imporatant. If you IW your non-endgame Staff, try to get Penetrator Lv.5, if it also has Economizer, it's not bad. If it's endgame Staff, just get Penetrator Lv.5 and Spellweaver Lv.4 like other Players.

Though i build my set for less than 1 mill and iw+forge for another 1.5 mill.. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/faint.gif)

You mean in the Shop not sold but not from the End of Auction? Well, if no one buys it with that Price, then it doesn't help. And I don't think 2-3 M is already skyhigh.

aye. everyone can put their tag prices in a shop, but that doesn't mean anything. i saw savage shade of arcanists with so-so stats and bounded at very high levels tagged for 400k, for example.

with the same train of thoughts i could start keeping all my averages and tagging all of them 1M each, is that their market value?

You're making a good start. To improve, may I suggest:
1. Use all your Primary Attribute Points, don't collect them.
2. Primary Attributes: STR = DEX = END highest, AGI = WIS a bit lower, INT = 0
3. Check the FreeShop and other shops in WTS forum, they give away free stuff for low level players. Some even give credits.
4. Upgrade your gear, with the use of WTS section. Fair and Average shouldn't be needed.
5. Don't mix armour types: either Light (leather, phase) or Heavy (Power, or Plate)
6. Repair your armor. The 2 red !! in the top, that means your gear is broken. Repair in Forge.
7. Play at lower difficulty, as soon as you meet stronger monsters. IWBTH is too high for low level players.
