You get banned for cheating. Automatic play of HV is one sure way of getting this. So congrats, you're account is sent to the moon for a thousand years.

akkr, i can see your name in the list of the recently banned users, and this usually happens because of botting (including but not limited to automatic play). i haven't heard of anyone having ever retrieved his account back after something like this, quite unlikely you'll have yours.
if you can really, really prove it happened by mistake, it's worth a try. otherwise, uh...
the mere fact it's useless now doesn't say anything about its eventual past utility. btw, it's just another safety layer to use in desperate situations when every tiny little bit helps.

You are fine, as long as you use the scripts that are pinned in the system discussion forum, and as long as you don't modify them to get auto-targeting or multiple actions in one go, or something else that breaks the rules (they are in the HV forum rules, and on the first page of the script thread).

Wow, that thing have the potential to automate things thanks to the actions conditionnals.
With the correct macro, and a third party thingy that makes the mouse go up and down, it's probably possible to completely not pay attention to the game except for exiting and entering gauntlets.

Seems like the last time it was updated was 2015, maybe since then the stance on automation have hardened and includes actions conditionals ?

Monsterbation is probably safe since its conditionnals are to stop the flow of the game, you have to press keys to do anything but whatever action is assigned to normal hovering. Like one of those snes/playstation controller with a "repeat key" mode, active participation is still required. Even a third party thingy making the mouse goes up and down would be ok maybe ( i think even Heavy tanks need to at least heal once in a blue moon, stopping the action ? ).

No, you can add INT later when your other stats are already very high (like 300+) for value spirit points, but leaving it at 0 even at level 500 is okay too mmm...

(IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) just wondering (and a bit nervous about banning) because i'm new here (just around 4-5months since play hv) and i don't want to make any big mistake, made mistake is normal (i think) but not a big one that can cause ban... But i always use vpn when opening this forum and play hv or downloading hentai manga/doujin... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) because without vpn, i can't open this site....

You think so? At first, I only had 2 IA slots for Spark and Protection, but when I switched to higher difficulties I gave up the Protection slot for Spirit Shield. After that, I regularly forgot to recast Protection, so I finally bought IA3.

For me, slot 1 SS and slot 2 Protect, help me a lot in everyday ~600 rounds arena. I don't need SoL (except for RE) in arena or RoB (no fest), i feel way too risky to use SoL, so IA2 is good enough to support me in battle. Because i set my monsterbation from "hp 0.3" to "hp 0.45", so that's my safety line to cast cure (rarely though)....

1) Having an elemental strike also on the offhand weapon is it useful (i.e. does it get added to the one in the main hand) or not ?

2) I have used Leather with DW (with 2 or 3 shades when possible). Changing to Heavy armour (eventually with 2 or 3 Power) would be better, worse, or just viable ?

aye. this means that if you have, saying, both weapons at IW10 and with a prefix, you'll hit either 6 (if offhand connects) or 3 times (if offhand doesn't connect), counting main, elementals and void strikes

personally i prefer all Shade build to take advantage of speed, evade and resist. to use a Power one i guess you should rely on parry and crit even more than with a shade one, but not an expert in this...

I see, thanks to all who replied.

The problem for me is that the first light set I have is better from the PoV of stats, because it's mainly plain Mags, except one Exq and one Leg Shade. But it has lower (79%) Offhand chance.
The second is all shade and has 88% chance, but is worse in stats since it's one Leg, 3 Exq and one Sup (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I was trying both, but could not decide which was best to use. That's why I was willing to try a Heavy set, to improve my tankiness, at least until I can equip better Light pieces at higher level.

As for weapons, Mag Shortword Slaughter for main hand and Mag Rapier Slaughter in offhand. I'm planning to change at least one of them (the shortsword) for a suitable Leg around lv.250 thou'

Does anybody know what the delay is for a monster winning a battle and then bringing you materials? I've seen it before where it'll get a new win in the last day after not winning any for weeks, but I don't get the materials until a little later...
