One day in the future i will start going mage (after finishing a Peerless Power Set), but as today i'd like to know what it will be the Ultimate Equipment Set for Holy Mage.

Take in consideration only peerless equipment for that, i want to know all 6 pieces (Oak or katalox, Phase or Cotton, Radiant or Charged and so on and in what slot).

Fundamentally the best Prefix-Type-Suffix for each Weapon and Armor slot.

Peerless hallowed oak staff of Heimdall+P charged cotton robe of heaven-sent+4 radiants phases, peerless if possible. This way you almost make your prof factor 1.0, and you maximize your damage.
This is just theoretical, and also you will also need to reach your maximum base prof(1.2*your level). This will take a lot of time and also training in assimilators.


Edit: Oh and yeah this is pretty much impossible. Since there were only one PHOH drop and a few peerless radiants drop so far. Each radiant around 200m in auction? PHOH can show up in lottery like 5 times every year? Maybe? Most good holy mages use cotton gloves and shoes to reach 1.0 prof factor, and rest of three phases(radiant>charged if possible)to maximize damage.
Stats multiplier: head1.0, body1.2, hands0.9, shoes0.8, legs0.9. The goal is to reach 1.0 prof factor with as less multipliers as possible, so you can put phases that give you mdb&edb on the rests in order to maximize damage. Guess so

Current iwbth dwd time is 37 pathetic minutes @ 2.4 t/s. I want 20-25. Can I get that with <5m in upgrades or should I buy better dw parts instead? I don't know what prefixes to get but without the frugals I'll surely have to tap.

I have Assimilator 20/25 so i can grow faster but i can also get Divine Warmage if needed.

@qw3rty67: I'd say go to better setup, expecially Cap and Robe need to be replaced, try to get at least all Mag for you're level, even not exellent Mag peices will be far better than superior and fine.

I guess you need 7 equipment if you really seeking Ultimate Holy for all different challenge? Like PHOH + 5 radiant for DwD , 4 radiant + 1 charged robe cotton for others, through the difference for 5 radiant is small anyway

But I afraid it is not even possible to make it even you have unlimited budget (1000m+), they are just too rare to find I think, and many rich Hath player may compete with you

You mean you want to get 20~25mins@2.4t/s with up to 5m. That's hard...I've spent almost 10m on my staff(mostly forging). been mage for 3 days (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) I'm somewhere around 22~24mins@1.9~2.0t/s.
Since you are using katalox, I assume you prof is around 8.0? but no way it could be close to 1.0.

So it's imperil holy right now. Replace all with mag charged, or plain legendary. I say mag charges cost far less. And all other budget should go to a good staff, and forging. Maybe a hallowed katalox of destruction+forging.
I think you can hit below 30mins if you have all mag+ and a well-forged staff, but 5m... (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif) no forging...i'm not sure about it..

Prof is 0.58, but base prof is 30 below my level. At-level it would be 0.66.

I do have an [alt.hentaiverse.org] HKD but level 470 and the other stats are garbáge. The 5m would have to include forging with the new stick.

You need 0.8 to minimize resist. 0.65 for elemental because better imperil does -40%elemental miti. holy/dark imperil only gives -25%, so you need 0.8 factor even if you use imperil. Not 100%sure about this, but I think your prof factor 2, 2 low for PFD. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif) I am 0.836 dark imperil.

Your current staff works, or there's another hallowed one in auction right now, and it won't need too much credits. Legendary Hallowed Katalox Staff of Destruction, very low stats but will work. If you replaces all cloth with mag charged or plain leg and you have 0.8 prof factor, 25mins@2.4t/s should be easy. Forging on staff will give you a few more minutes. For Equipments average or blow:
1. If it isn't Light Armor, please salvage them, even if you don't use Cloth Armor now, I still recommend you to salvage them for your Future Play.
2. If it is Light Armor
2.1 If it is Averge Shade, please salvage it.
2.2 If it is Leather
2.2.1 If you use Light Armor now, please salvage it.
2.2.2 If you don't use Light Armor now, please sell it.

My Suggestion in one Sentence: Salvage everything average or blow other than Leather, if you use Light Armor then just salvage everything average or blow.

Now that I've finally switched to Rapier, I'm wondering what the next thing I should focus on should be.

Currently my equipment is:

Legendary Hallowed Rapier of Slaughter
Legendary Amber Force Shield of Warding
Legendary Zircon Power Helmet of Warding
Exquisite Ruby Power Armor of Warding
Legendary Ruby Power Gauntlets of Protection
Magnificent Cobalt Power Leggings of Slaughter
Exquisite Zircon Power Boots of Balance

Would it be better to upgrade my Rapier's Physical Damage first, or replace my equipment with better stuff? Aside from my shield I don't think any of my other equipment is that good.

Slaughter is an easy +200 damage per slot, minimum. It will cost MANY more times as much to get even +100 on the weapon.

Ah, so it'd be a better to save up for Slaughter armor first? They usually seem to go for 1M+ at least from what I've seen so I wasn't sure which would be better to do first.

I mean you can get +200 damage and all three pabs on stuff that costs 100k-200k. Slaughter has over 40% more damage than plain power. https://ehwiki.org/wiki/Equipment_Ranges_Heavy Maybe a little less than 200 depending on slot and compared to your current legs. You can definitely get over 200 if you're willing to spend a bit more.
