Why not relying on spirit shield? I use SoL in RE only...

I use absorb in second half of PFfest, but I really don't notice it when it's gone. So not a life saver, for sure.

Yeah, it's a lot harder to track absorb since it's trigger based not duration based mmm...
But when I do diligently use it, it really helps a lot, only use little number of elixir now mmm...

I noticed the advice page on the wiki recommends using rapier/shield/heavy for level 200+. Currently using 2h/light. Is it bad to switch fighting styles/armor, since I would be losing all my proficiency?
