I would argue that most common 1h weapon is rapier, and while rapier doesn't conflict with imperil, the stacking bonus isn't that big. Also on 3-schoolgirl rounds i prefer using OFC, which is void and doesn't need imperil as well. 10% bonus from perk probably isn't that high priority for melee.

I am thinking in context of my situation with shortsword and I have no problem surviving in 100 lvl IW, I can't really profit from getting more HP or MP, but EE can improve clearing time (and I can't afford another DD). Not sure about this situation with rapier.

I use rapier with imperil for many years. It is faster than without. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

To facilitate understanding, I will explain in a simplified way.

Without imperil: rapier is faster than shortsword

With imperil: rapier and shortsword have a similar performance

For any weapon: with imperil is faster than without imperil

Not sure about plug, but various things in market are clickable, like prices and amount of materials you have. You can click on the line in the "available buy orders" column and get autofill for your sell order.

cotton Legendary with Curse-weaver suffix may be valuable only with Charged prefix
your is Zircon, so not useable, sorry. salvage it for Legendary Core and High-Grade Cloth, or leave it as a keepsake

i was just curious how well it would fare in non-schoolgirl arenas if i didn't want to bother with imperil.

if the clear speed of a peerless rapier of slaughter is 100%, what would it be with a peerless shortsword of slaughter?

why without imperil? To be slower, but just move the mouse up and down? Personally, I'd say spent your time on something you enjoy. If you enjoy playing hentaiverse - and it's quite a clever game, so that IS possible - then it' may be interesting to play as optimal as possible.

i just wanted to know about the worst case scenario (i'm not even contemplating doing schoolgirls without imperil).
i always use imperil against schoolgirls, in other arenas it depends.
quite often i play while watching something, and sometimes while snacking on some chips and i don't want to touch the keyboard with the hand i eat with.

so far i gather that with imperil a shortsword would have a very slight edge, just curious on how much worse it would be against regular mobs without imperil.

you're thinking about the wrong things
it's not about use/non-use imperil, this is about monsterbation bindings
put imperil on wheelup or wheeldown and use while hovering

i use the wheel but i find it annoying because sometimes one tick doesn't produce any effect (no, it's not because the monsters resisted it, sometimes i have channeling active and it's not consumed) and some other times it casts twice (wasting channeling on a longer imperil).
my mouse is in perfect working order and the scrolling doesn't do anything funny in any other use.

i definitely should work on some better bindings.

Here are my reasons behind them.
1. My wheel sucks. Sometime it wheels twice, too. Casting heal twice is safer
2. Sometime I want to do single T321 in extreme dangerous case
3. Left/right click always work properly.

i have 2 other buttons on the side, i have to discover how to bind them and then i'm set with a true 1H setup.

For side keys, you need to download your mouse official hub. For example mine is Logitech hub
Then you can bind the side keys to wheel right/left
If you don't have more than 2 side keys, then you have to sacrifice forward and backward key

Is there any way to notify mogglemail directly?
The HVUtils I am using does not display new emails in the Character Menu.
HVToolbox seems to be able to prompt new emails in the upper right corner, but it conflicts with HVUtils.

HV Toolbox is NOT compatible with HV Utils. HV Utils should notify new e-mails just fine, it does for me. Can't help you with this, sorry.
