Which arenas give the most drops per energy spent when considering that some drop guaranteed Exquisites, Magnificents, etc.? Is this order the same as the order for most XP/energy?

yes. Except for DWD, PGC and SPL they give guaranteed magnificent. So they have a bit better drops. But then again, who used magnificent at that level?

i'm curious, why is there such an emphasis on not sending ISK to anyone for anything else than legitimate trades?

i mean, it's allowed to buy anything in isekai from other players using persistent credits, basically invalidating the competitiveness of it.

unless i'm missing something ISK are only necessary to buy things directly from the item shop that aren't otherwise tradeable (like catalysts or soul fragments) but the ISK you generate by playing the game are more than enough for that since you can use persistent credits for everything else.

i assume the strict rule is there for a reason, but i can't figure out why.

if the ISK is enough to spend then I would ask why you want to transfer the ISK?
for me, the ISK that I daily earn is not enough for my costing in maybe 2 months after a season start, buying forging mat in market will cost me 3M+, mgm can cost 4k each and the Aether Shard can cost 17k each, because the amount are limited, and they don't go higher because people don't have enough ISK. if the ISK can transfer then I think the price will go sky high and the resellers will control the market like they do in Persistent.
you may also ask me why I don't buy them with Persistent credits, because:
1. only the donater can sell with Persistent credits, the total amounts are anyway limited, and I don't think I can compete the rich guys in Persistent
2. I'm lazy
and actually there are tons of rich and lazy guys, I have to thanks the limit of ISK so that I can simply play with the rich guys

i don't actually want to transfer ISK, i was just curious on the reason for that specific restriction since the fact that you can buy almost everything with persistent credits should make the scarcity of ISK way less impactful.

all the items you mentioned can be bought with persistent credits, and even if only donors can attach them through MM, they can still buy them from non donors on the market for ISK and sell them for a surplus to people that want to use persistent credits.

i bet this dynamics is already factored in the current market prices.

i personally spent most of my ISK surplus on thropies in order to get my first peerless voucher, i didn't have an ISK problem and i've only spent persistent credits on some equips in the auction.

I'm a lazy guy who bought mat for mage in persistent credit. I don't care if they buy from the market and resell to me,
because I just can't sit in front of the screen the whole day. They give me the price I accept, that's it.

I'm not expert on Business, here is just my idea.
Players start with nothing except 1M + most players are not donator(can't buy with pc) = limited demand = limited price
If a player buy materials way more than people like me need, they might not sell.
If they buy all (almost all) and resell, 10b is there to prevent monopolization。

-------------------------------------------------------
Recently, I read my combat log. It seems no one monster is using default attack skill name.
Maybe it's because people put a lot of care on their lp2250 monster.
I wonder, will my uncared monsters use skills if I don't rename their skills?

you are mistaken on non donors being unable to buy stuff with persistent credits.
they can't attach items to MMs so no selling equips, but they can buy anything they want and also they can sell consumables in the market.

as i said, i'm just curious.
i'm not advocating for anything.

In the past, skills had to be renamed or the monster wouldn't be able to use them. I guess most high level monsters where created before the chance that allows default attack skill names.

Heya folks, mind explaining this greenhorn how melee Counter-Parry works?
Let's say I have Overpower Lv5 potency with 20% Counter-Parry bonus against a mob that has 30% Parry chance, would the calculations be:
1.) Mob parry chance = [initial stat]30% * (100% - [debuff]20%) = [final mob parry chance] 24%
or
2.) Mob parry chance = [initial stat]30% - [debuff]20% = [final mob parry chance] 10%

Sorry if the math sounds stupid but I would appreciate any answer. Thanks!

Glad I don't have to rename over 200+ skills.

This equipment is old (prior to patch 0.82), when all the equipment you got had no level. Only when you equipped the level was marked.

You're correct with the first formula.

Thanks, Nezu!

A follow up question:
If I were to set up a 2H build that aim for the fastest clear time on low difficulty arenas (Nightmare to Hell only) and assuming that I have Ethereal weapons but paired only with a regular, non-Savage/non-Agile Shadowdancer armor set,
Would Overpower still be the preferred potency, should I just go with Butcher on Slaughter or Fatality on Balanced?

Right now, I'm leaning into Slaughter Longsword with Butcher since quick napkin math seems to favor it. With most player mobs going down after 3-6 hits, waiting for Pierced or Stunned proc to occur seems not worth the tradeoff against a consistent & initially higher damage output from the beginning.
But I could just be wrong with my calculation or overlooked some major gameplay mechanic, so I would love it if any 2H players in here could chime in as well... Thanks!

Yeah, overpower is still the best single potency to get, & the difference between fatality and butcher on the remaining slots is negligible.

Stuns prevent monsters from parrying, & besides just the % chance on the weapon to apply the stun, criticals also guarantee the weapon proc - so maces perform a little better than longswords in general cases. 2H might struggle to generate overcharge in time for chained FRD stuns without enough attack speed, and I don't know exactly what the breakpoint is for that playstyle (but Swift Strike might be required). In endgame cases, longsword can be preferable for arenas.
