New player, just got to level 100, playing only on Hell because I have crap gear. Balanced stats, leather armor, Niten Ichiryu. I have a few questions:

1. Just in general, is there anything I should definitely change up? Like weapon/armor choice. (One reason I ask is because Noni recommended using Sleep, but Sleep is debuffed for me because katana hits multiple enemies at once, waking up the sleeping person...)
2. Right now I am only doing random encounters because Arena on Hell takes more time than I am willing to spend per day, and on the higher level Arenas I inevitably die anyway. Is it worth dropping the difficulty down to Normal to daily clear the Arenas for the 1000 credits, or should I not bother because I will eventually level up and get better credit income anyway?

Niten fight style works until level 100 or so but then it becomes very very bad. It becomes playable when you have excellent gear and fully forged etc. For end-game players. And even then, it's not great. basically, it has too little defense from the weapons and not enough abilities to make it great. Dual Wield is better. And 1h heavy is easiest. But Dual Wield play, with frenzied blows, it a bit more similar to Niten I guess.

With 1h: a shield with decent block will make it possible to play at even higher difficulties. with DW; learing how to time the Frenzied Blows is important:starting every round with FB allows you to play comfortable at Hell or even higher difficulties. I'd say Nintendo should be doable or even IWBTH. But not Niten. Niten is just badly designed / not designed for low level players at high difficulty.

If you MUST play Niten, then lower difficulty is your only option. Dying every time on arena's is not the way to go. But on the other hand, playing on Normal is just a waste of time. So you decide for yourself.

What is the loss to clear speed from the action of drinking infusions themselves? Maybe 0.5% to 1%?

Turns added using infusions should be in that ballpark (for me infusions seem to average about 0.8% to 0.85% of my turns). Actual time spent on using them might be a bit more or less depending on turns/s and how long it takes to use the infusions. I typically use infusion between or after imperils so blasting isn't disrupted.

For this weapon what is the potency I should try to get?

Partly, yes. Simply, there is a huge boost in power in survivability from 150 to 300 level. Abilities and innate arcana spells help, I guess. Doing max difficulty on 150? very hard. On 300? Quite doable.

It is more about half afk-brain dead, when you kill them all from first to last without care, because nothing can hurt you as long as your regen is up. Lmao. I just figured out that you have to slot abilities. After slotting all my abilities, a Hell arena went from walking a tightrope of ability + mana + health management and guzzling up all my potions and barely surviving, to just holding down the number keys and instawinning. Literally 20x faster. I was, in fact, doing something wrong.

In a way, I'm glad I didn't instantly figure this out since it forced me to actually learn the combat mechanics. I do hope I am not missing out on any other critical systems though...

Since you mentioned holding down number keys I'm assuming you don't use monsterbation - I suggest using it, main reason being holding down a key will result in deaths sooner than later. Monsterbation does so much it's almost a necessity. It will allow you to attack by just hovering a monster, and stop attacking at low health / after spark, while holding down a key would continue attacking and then you'd die.

I didn't use it before because the game was so hard, but I went and tried it now, and it's so much nicer. Thanks.

Edit: I had a few runs screwed up because I somehow started casting spells instead of attacking and I lost all my mana... First with a fire spell and now with Smite. Maybe this was caused by accidentally pressing a hotkey? Not sure yet, need to investigate.

Check your Monsturbation setting. It has default ctrl hover action and alt hover action.
If you tried to switch between background apps or tabs via ctrl+tab/alt+tab, sometime it will continuously trigger alt/ctrl.
It's better to set alt hover action to nothing. For ctrl hover action, only set to nothing if you use it to switch tab

Im salvaging Average and selling Superior to the Item Shop. But I just got my first RE legendary piece on PFUDOR and after checking I realized I'm saving Exquisite and Magnificent pieces even if I don't plan to use them in the future. I don't know, maybe they're junk, but maybe someone could use those Magnificent Cobalt Power Gauntlets of Protection or that Magnificent Zircon Leather Breastplate of Protection

Life got easier since i can spam Weaken.

Twilight Sparkle: flat tail, 平尾巴
Rainbow Dash: rainbow tail + different colored strip, 彩虹尾巴，能看出有不同色带
Rarity: curls + unicorn, 卷毛+有角
Pinkie pie: pinkie + curl (in different way) + no unicorn, 粉色卷毛无角
the other two might be troublesome
Applejack: has hat (not always) + tied up tail + Plum blossom mark, 经常有帽子，尾巴绑起来，屁股有梅花印记
Fluttershy: fluttering hair + little wing, 长发飘扬，小翅膀
My general routine is tail->head (hair + hat + unicorn)-> ass (check Plum blossom mark)

It's a very good choice. Fast, safe, makes it possible to play at high difficulty. At you level, below 100, dual wield and 2h work as well, and you can even mix whateverarmor you have. .

But after 100, 2h is already bad and 1h and DW are still good.

Pro tip: never play on normal. Hell is possible at your level. Stock potions an draughts, focus when running out of mana, defend when health is low.

it's still common due recently give by 10bo,so the price usually in 500-1000k,better wait couple years to make it price higher

it minimum quality is magnificent,so it's still bad to shrine it.
