"New" player here (LV.241 1H)
Started playing to get credits for gallery downloads, haven't used much so far but still want to stock up, just in case.

Currently doing the LV 60-100 arenas on hard for a quick daily session/to not level up too fast, is this viable or am I just softlocking myself in the long run by not getting higher equipment drops?

I'm also playing ISK on higher difficulty, hoping to get to tower floor 30 this season.

You should probably try to work up to doing Hell difficulty eventually at least, since it's when random Legendary/Peerless can drop from random mobs. It's not a huge concern right away since you're more likely to get those drops from arena clears than randos. Hell is pretty doable even with spotty gear though, it isn't too strenuous.

You can always buy equipment through forums. It's basically a requirement if you want to have a great time.

I play 1H with rapier mostly and now I realized it seems no need to stack imperil with 3x armor penetration if it's impossible to have a monster with 100%+ physical mitigation exist.
So, what's the actual physical/magical mitigation value of the bosses? I can't find it out by any means. Scan won't show that, wiki doesn't have it.

at your level, I think you should play IWBTH. Or at least Nintendo. IWBTH has much better chance of legendary equipment drop. Use silence, sleep and weaken when needed. It's a bit of a waste of time to play at lower difficulty: much less credit income, less exp, no legendary drops....Not to level up too fast? Dude, there is absolutely no reason to do that. Okay, it's not needed to push for PFUDOR at your level just to optimize leveling up. That's true. But game will get easier/better once you unlock more abilities, get more income, get access to better equipment.

Floor 30 is a good goal, not too hard to achieve. Can be done with exquisite & superior equiment. Once you get Bronze Star (or even better Gold Star) donation, then Isekai floor 50 is easier because you get income from selling equipment.

Penetrated Armor isn't consistent enough for you to rely on it like that. It's typically around a 20-25% proc chance. Bonuses like that are multiplicative, not additive as well, so say a monster has 80% physical mitigation, it would be down to 40% after Imperil, then down to like 10% after 3 stacks of Penetrated Armor. Imperil also drops a bosses' specific mitigations depending on which abilities you have slotted, which can come in handy if you're using Infusions or whatever. Imperil is absolutely worth using for most builds, Penetrated Armor is more like a bonus.

Not really a way to easily know monster mitigations as far as I know, but I believe monster mitigation would be capped at 80% since that's the limit from Primary Attribute Bonuses and they don't have gear.

There's really no reason not to level as fast as you can so you can access better gear quicker. Aside from fishing for HQ low-level drops, but that's kinda niche and not applicable here if you play on "hard" anyway.

There's also no reason you can't make it to floor 50 in Isekai if you try, even if you started the season with 0 credits. It's a cakewalk up to level 40 even in Exquisite gear, and then you can fish for undesirable magnificent gear in the Equipment Shop (people will be selling lots of Magnificent 3PAB* power of warding + 2PAB of protection/balance, mag 2PAB Force Shields, non-slaughter 3PAB mag Rapiers and Shortswords), and that alongside with infusions, shards and scrolls should get you to 50 comfortably. Forging your block will be necessary and could be a little expensive, but easily doable with some arena grinding, forging parry and weapon attack will help too. Besides, materials become cheaper every following month and better stuff gets sold too, so it becomes more and more easy to get good and cheap gear the later it is in the season, just don't wait until the last week.

*Primary Attribute Bonus: a Magnificent piece can have 2 or 3, 3 is obviously very much preferable.

Simple answer: yes
More complicated: depending on stat roll, item suffixes and prefixes, the most desired stat could be worser on higher quality than what you have on lower one. Figure what you need from equipment and see if item you are replacing for is better.

I don't know why. It seems that every equip has their pattern
If a equip shows a pattern, then it always fall into the same pattern
Maybe the RNG seed doesn't change during a day?

there was this bug in an older version of Monsterbation, where another script interfered with the pony page. Make sure you use the most recent version of monsterbation, and disable any other scripts. Only use other scripts when you see recent information on the forum that they still work with monsterbation.

I dont have that script nor extension for that. I do have other extensions for other sites. Last time I turned off ublock but nothing happened. Ill turn off all extensions and see what happens but it will take a while to know since I switched to PC for the mean time.

I'm doing good atm with my DW enough to comfortably make it through arenas on Nintendo, got Postage Paid already thanks to a donation, and at this point just trying to learn more. Thing is, I just hit 500k in credits and i was debating between buying OFC or spending my credits in other resources like better gear.

OFC does a lot of damage to all monsters, uses a lot of overcharge and cooldowns 50 turns.
It is cool trick, which can speed up things in 1h heavy for example, but pretty much thats all it is, a trick.
Imho, prioritize buying some equips so you can comfortably run higher difficulty levels (there are also equips for rents around the shops section). Highest difficulty means highest rewards.
Though there is nothing wrong with OFC, if you want to play around with it. Improving your set is an endless task anyway.

a lot of formulae in the WIKI and in the FORUM refer to 'BASE' health, 'BASE' mana and spirit. BUT I cannot find a reference on how to calculate those BASE values.

I'm unable to get the scripts working, so I play plain HV out-of-the.box.

So, is someone so kind to share a link or to explain how to get the BASE values?

PS maybe I've found! BASE health is named Health Points in the WIKI?

Health Points = (500 + (Level * 10) + (END * 6)) * HP Tank * vigorous_vitality
Magic Points = (10 + Level + WIS) * MP Tank * effluent_ether
Spirit Points = (1 + (STR + DEX + AGI + END + INT + WIS) / 5) * SP Tank * suffusive_spirit
Mana Cost = 100% * (1 + Interference * 0.5%) * (1 - mana_conservation)

In this case, what is the value of vigorous_vitality, effluent_ether and the like? 1? (I don't have any perk)

You can check the hath perk on e-hentai in "my home" or in the wiki. they are all 10% bonuses (meaning * 1.1 in the formulas)
