It's a fun addition at that level. It helped me play Random Encounters at higher difficulty. Grind until OFC is ready, then blast and enough monsters die to survive the encounter.

Is it necessary for mage to bring the mana Elixir?
Is there more way to face the problem of mana stortage?

Is there any reason NOT to bring a mana elixir? Are your inventory slots full? I always carry one, not sure if I've ever used it.

other ways are:
1. end of round put last monster(s) to sleep and press focus until overcharge runs out (melee only)
2. invest a shitload in ability slots, then get the holy-drain ability, then cast Holy T3 spell, then cast Drain on monster that is affected by Holy spell. Only works with tanky monsters, like in tower. Normal monster don't have enough mana
3. use last elixir, not mana elixir

but most effective, cost effective, time effective: just chuck the damn mana elixir.

this will sell for about 2m credits. Every peerless is sellable, people want them to salvage them for the (untradable) peerless core. Congrats, getting a peerless is always nice.

Actually, I moved quickbar to the right of monsters through the Hentaiverse Monsterbation, but found the item slot running into mess. The slot 4, 5 and 6 don't follow the 3.
I'm using the version 1.4.1.2.
Can anyone teach me how to set it orderly?

just move around the 'ikey_3' etc to where you want them. Or alternatively, just move the items in your item inventory to match the monsterbation order.

I noticed looking at the battle records that other mage players in endgame arenas use a lot less cures than me. Is this a result of the scroll version of haste increasing action speed more or something? Or maybe the damage bonuses they have means that monsters live less turns?

Scrolls do help a lot. The scroll versions of Haste, Shadow Veil, and Protection are stronger than the regular spell ones and I think most high-level mages use Scrolls of the Avatar/Gods. Better equipment/forging helps as well in both defensive and offensive stats. Damage bonuses help too but I think I take more damage setting up Imperil than blasting mobs.

I am not a donator, i see the WTS trading section of Isekai is full of offer with persistent credits.

Is it tolerated for me to receive persistent credits in exchange of paying a COD in isekai? (It seems selling items in Isekai for persistent credits is okay but according to the wiki you can only do that as a donator?!)

you can not attach equipment to MoogleMail, without any donator star. It is okay for you to receive persistent credits for isekai stuff, but only as payment for isekai equipment or isekai items.

You cannot receive persistent credits for isekai credits. It is strictly forbidden to receive persistent credits as 'compensation' for paying COD in isekai, for instance.

As you are not a donator, you can't attach stuff to Moogle Mail so you can't sell stuff to others. Get a star first.

Thanks for the clarification. This is a bit strange since items are equivalent to credits with the market anyway, i suppose the main point is to restrict converting isekai credits -> persistant to donators.
